I would organise meet-ups, create websites, distribute flyers, install ATMs in my city, give free bitcoins to people, create an association and paint my car with any of the previous actions if not all.
I would give money to a bitcoin political lobbying group so they can bribe politicians to defeat regulations that would harm bitcoin.
Maybe if I had money I would donate a lot of money I have to progress bitcoin. But I think using bitcoin wisely and correctly it has helped bitcoin remain. Of course. I love bitcoin so much so if i ever had a lot of cash, i would use most of my money to develop bitcoin. Im going through with these having a lot of money is not really big deal to me im going to help those who really need my door is open for those really need some community and having some good earning of money . I will let bitcoin community to become bigger and letting them to earn more about bitcoin. 
If i were a bitcoin billionaire then I would set up an NGO to support and motivate general people for technology, education, health and I would fully dedicated my life towards welfare of other. Because I want to live in others heart even after my death and helping others gives me internal peace.

I wanna make a fund. That help poor country, so they can change their life. But it would not affect a lot if I am do it alone. A good team will be make this job easier and more affect their life. I can not work alone. 
the easiest way that any of us can help bitcoin is to start spending it. or at the very least have it in a corner of your mind that bitcoin is not only an investment but also a great currency, a great way of online payment.
