I use the CIYAM Safe as it uses QR codes for all comms (no USB and no *wires* ever connecting online and offline computers - just screens and cameras).

All private keys are encrypted with GPG with a key stretched (scrypt) password so you can use the QR codes to also make safe "backups".

Why in the world would you trust digital money for so high amount? I will exchange 95% of my coins into bank then..

Really?  You don't trust yourself to secure more than 5 Bitcoins?
I guess you aren't very strong with computers?  Learn cold storage!
It's not that hard.

I have 2 step authentication enabled, so I wouldn't worry about financial theft.

And my private key is actually "private"

Offline seperate wallets on a seperate computer with temporary internet access[not 24 hours]. If you have 100 btc then you can surely afford to hire a techie to clean up your systems Smiley

It depends what purpose you want to store. If it is for some kind of business i think hardware wallet is more secure than paper wallet. Hardware wallets are a major step to enhanced security and usability. But you must take care that the system is free of malware, viruses, keyloggers, remote access tools, and other tools that may be used to make remote copies of your wallet, Bitcoin-related passwords or Bitcoin private keys.

I would use a secure Multi-signature address. Highest security, highest usablility and statistically 3x more secure than a paper wallet. Did I mention trustless and can store keys on multiple pc's?
