50 percent coffee and 50 percent milk I don't use sugar. Sometimes I add honey.
Expresso machine or Capuccino
Got a Gaggia espresso machine a couple years ago and have become a bit of a snob ever since. Illy espresso, usually make double espresso or two-shot americano, and when I'm not lazy, I steam some milk for a nice frothy top to a perfect crema. 
Mostly Cream and Sugar with just a little bit of coffee.
My orders are always the same. Though I like variety I found that it's hard to try something different once you've tried the delicious yummyiness of a Blended Mocha Frapuccino with extra chocolate and tons of whip-cream

For the OP: with lots of cream
iced coffee vietnamese style is really good, but it's so potent that i can't drink it. put some coffee, condensed milk, and ice. to me, it's the best.. and very simple too.

I take ~80% coffee, ~20% milk + some juice and sugar and I drink 0.5l of coffee! and its beautiful !

I take it black, sometimes with a bit of creamer if it's shit coffee
I usually have black americano in the morning. Just shitty coffee at work, and not much to do with it either, besides some Coffee Mate, but it gets me through the morning anyway.
