i always drink espresso. sometimes double but often single espresso early in the morning when i wake up. i use to drink it because if i do not drink, i feel i can not wake up.

In breakfast I drink coffee. Heres what I do in my coffee. I put cream I think 40% cream. I put also 30% of coffee. And 30% for sugar. So it is not bitter nor sweeter it is creamier and taste delicious. I put 100% boiled water so that it has no bacteria inside the water. And I drink it after 5 minutes because it is too hot for sure.
The benefits of coffee is really important. True say that drinking coffee if you want to sleep, but that's not true. If I want to sleep, and drink coffee, then my dream will be even better.

, i do drink either tea or coffee early morning to have a smooth day and to refresh myself and the important part is ,it helps me go to the bathroom 
i dont calculate the percentage of what i use in my coffee but i like a good filter coffee

Perhaps this all individually or when dose-dependent. Can such a strong coffee drink, that eye will be round the whole day.coffee is not make the eye will be round the whole day, its only make give us strength to continue our day without feeling sleepy, but its only make our heart is not stable.

Brewed coffee or Americano without sugar or cream. But sometimes I like to add full cream milk to my coffee but still without sugar.
