Personally I'm never use their service, but I know them pretty long time ago, if you see people post sounds like the service is good enough, just a lack of the fees.

They seem legit.People have ordered items from the site and have it delivered on time.There are also cases where the orders were delayed (multiple orders) and people assumed they've been scammed but they weren't.If it's a small amount,you can go ahead buying your stuff.Otherwise,it's better to pay by cash only.

I have purchased a cheap phone case from eBay seller via All4BTC service using Bitcoin last year. The admin was fast in responding my questions and placing the orders. The only con of this is that the charges is very high. For example, you need to pay a minimum of 5 USD as fees.
Since this has been a year now, I am not too sure about their current condition.
(I will never pay this huge amount of fees if not for that the phone case is only available at eBay).
