I have never trusted any of these vanity address creating sites. I guess it's like most things in life - If you want it done right do it yourself.
Creating ("mining") them yourself is the best option (the tool was already linked above).If you are unabled to do so, a split generation works just as fine (in case of security, shorena offers that service for example, linked above).
Never, you should utilize any service/method in which the other party at the end has access to the private key of the created vanity address.

1orayt can be found quicker than it's taken to type this out.
1oraytSDA would take much longer and require a BTC fee (up front)
1oraytSDA666 is in the "forget it - too long to find" category.
