99% of NFTs will end badly, and not because of developers but because of the intent.
Nft scam is now increasing day by day. One of the biggest problems in Nft project is they are totaly anonymous.
Solona Nft projects are almost anonymous and magiciden list their Project. I experienced that 80% of their Discord and twitter community just fake or bot.
Etherium NFt are also result in rug pull. So always look for these project where profit chance is greater than loss.

The huge crypto scam that happened in 2021 that nobody wants to talk about is the metaverse coin and NFT projects. 99% of them are pure ponzis and rugpulls waiting to be happened,,, and the old shillers are talking about them thinking people forgot about their past promoted scams. New chillers and influencers are just recruited by old pump n dump groups.

I must agree with this since this is what I experienced. I've also lost my funds when I invested them in NFT projects due to hype which is also my mistake. Most of them have turned into rug pull. One thing I realized is that there's no such thing as easy money or earnings. Most of them have turned into a ponzi scheme and those who invested first benefited from it the most. I guess every NFT would end up that way if the developers couldn't handle it well.

Well I hope this makes you learn your lesson. I mean, the lessons are all there already, the mistakes made by thousands of people (myself included in 2017),,, we hope always to tell people so they can avoid our mistakes. This is why I spend time sometimes talking about it even though they can sometimes be stuff that people dislike to hear.

Cryptocurrency is not for the fainted heart, they are volatile and may break you, especially the new one if you don't do the proper steps require before investing in any project. You may even do all the necessary things needed but the project you invested in may still fail, It is just risky to put money on new ideas.
Instead of wanting to enter a new project and lose all, it is better you buy a project that is already in the market with a good reputation and has something decent after holding for some period, who knows you may even get more profits in there than the new crap projects that will give you a heart attack.

You should have anticipated that and if you are just new into this market then you would most likely ending up on being scammed or losing your investment because you do let yourself get dragged with the hype.

This is just like those ICO days on where lots had been overhyped on joining and dealing with every project that comes out until they had realize that they had been scammed in the end.

Scam would continue to exist and those scammy developers would continue to exist as long there would be people who do keep feeding them.

Exactly my point, scams will not stop and disappear because it is what we want and what is best. And so, the only way to prevent from being a victim of their schemes, is to prevent from being one. Given the unfortunate situation we have, it is solely upon us on how we can make and preserve a safe space for us, by saving ourselves from this misery. And we could do that through researching and investigating the legitimacy of the projects we’re getting interested with before even doing anything with them.
Nope, the best way of preventing scams would be for people like you to stop promoting them and making others think there's something legit about scams. You do this now by being in 1xbit campaign because you think it's a way of getting paid but you forget that there's always a ripple effect to things. Apart from getting negatively tagged here, you can also indirectly be affected by your action of advertising this site tomorrow. What if someone dear to you gets scammed tomorrow by this same site you're promoting now and calling legit? Have you ever thought of that?

Lot's of people where been scammed in different ways which includes; Brand impersonation on social media, fake exchange, scam coins, ponzi scheme, black mailing, shilling, fake applications and many more. I believe we should be expecting more strategy this year, scammers are coming up with new strategies just to defraud people on a daily basis, so we have to be very cautious so that we won't endup falling victim.
This is a new year, and I believe all our goals is to make profit, Nobody wants to be a victim of a scam project, so I believe we should all be cautious. Do your own research before investing in any project, and make sure all of your personal informations are secure to
avoid scammers having access to your wallet.
Sometimes it’s usually best for someone who is still inexperienced in the cryptocurrency market to just stick with investing in the top coins such as ethereum and Bitcoin. Because when you start to have problem with scammers is when you keep on jumping from one coin to another and trying to catch the coins that will start trending tomorrow so that you make thousands of profit, which doesn’t really make any sense. It’s best that you just stay with trusted coins and these coins we all already know that there will come a time when they will also increase in value and you will make your profit, all you need to do is just have patience.

But, some people due to the fact that they think that new coins have a chance of getting them a lot of profit, that’s why they would start looking for new projects and without even knowing whether they are legit or scam.

The worst despicable thing that can happen to an investor is to watch the project he invested in to be rugpull. The feeling is so terrifying.
What baffles me in all these scam projects, they do appear legit and promising at the beginning, with time they will disappear without a trace.
Catena is another good example of altcoin that got her investors rugpulled this year
When it comes to rugpull then there are lots or even those scammy projects would really continue to grow or pop out like mushrooms on which as long there would
be investors or greedy newbie out there who would continue to feed these scammers then expect that the cycle would continue as long this market would be alive.
Of course projects would really be trying out their best to be look legit and when they had accumulated enough then they would really be
leaving and running without a trace which is some usual stuff. Common sense would be your weapon on here.

Although many scammers got caught but there's no punishment for most of them because the regulation about this cryptocurrency is still weak and day by day many of them find out to develop their way to scam more new people. Well if we have our common sense but when we see something seductive we will fall into their trap. We need the experience to get scammed so we can develop our common sense to not easily fall into their trap.

Those were just a few of the many. Actually, these scammers are always updated and following the trend. I saw a new one when Elon Musk tweeted about Mcdonalds accepting dogecoin and he'll advertise them. Mcdonalds replied about grimacecoin.
And these scammers made again the same coin that's named after grimacecoin. I don't know what happened to it but I wish that it didn't scam any person when they've seen it tweeted and exchanged replies with Elon x Mcdonalds.
These scammers are always updated, and they always try to switch up their strategy when they start to find out that the public are now finding out the kind of strategy that they are using. Although some of their strategies are too old and they can easily be avoided by anyone that is always keeping up to date with what’s happening in the market. But, there are also the new ones that are usually popping up here and there, it takes you as a person to be wise enough to know what is legit and what is not.

Because, if you can’t do that, then you would end up falling for it. Normally I think that it is easy for anyone to avoid all these scam projects, as long as you know the simple rules that you are meant to follow and you are following those rules, then it doesn’t matter whatever tactics that they try to use, you would be able to avoid them.
It won't be surprised if they create a coin that's from a new Netflix series. They're always doing that to ride the hype and popularity. What we can do is just hope that these newbies would be that conscious about these scams and they'll avoid it as much as they can.
There will always be a new trick coming from them and even we're aware of such scams, we also need to take care and be attentive to these scams so we can also pass on what are the new tricks from them.

Oh my those are some real shit that happened earlier. All of them are related to famous stuff at the time for example squid game series inspiration is just out of the box. On the course this was supposed to happen because there is no other world than crypto where investors and new comers can be easily scammed. People are coming here in the greed of making some money but eventually they get trapped in something like you mentioned above.

Grim reality is that, these scams will never stop. Even same cases happening with the NFT these days. Many artists are tired of irony that is caused due to scam artworks etc.

The biggest cryptocurrency scams of 2021
1 SQUID GAME TOKEN:
Perhaps this makes these stolen NFTs the greatest scam of the year after all.

Not really surprised with these scams.
Well, the crypto industry is always full of good things, but on the other hand, we cannot also deny that in the crypto industry, we will always find scams and other criminals.
One of them is the never-ending scam project.
I remember how hype the Squid Game token was after the very booming film of this. Then, existed the token. Once I saw the project, I also thought that it will be a scam project or even a shit project.

Well, that is why in the crypto world, we must be more careful, become wiser and smarter once, for, we can see many chances of people to scam. Additionally, not everything that is booming or hype is good, not everything that looks very interesting and promising is also potential to give you money. Scammers are everywhere. Never forget to do some analysis deeply before we are going to invest or involve in some crypto projects or investment.

For me there's a lot of crypto scams that happened last year and sad to say I am also a victim of one them and yeah to be honest it is one of the NFT projects especially those on a game feature aspect. Yeah, I know one of the error I made is that I have a lack of proper research on that project and for that thing being happened I really learned a lot from it. But to be honest, as much as we wanted to not encounter such thing for sure this year we will going to encounter those again but please be aware of those projects.

Do not worry you are not alone,,, and this is not even a problem for newbies as even supposed veterans went into the NFT scams. At least now you know it is a scam so you will not easily "invest" money into them but a lot of NFT projects are still growing as hodlers are pretending to buy from each other and raise the floor price.

No need to do proper research to know scams in my opinion. No product no utility,,, consider outright scam.

Every year there are always a lot of scams that do come to the market and it's remarkable last year because we've been into the bullish season which attracted a lot of investors mostly were newbies.

Scammers will keep on existing. No matter how many of them will be busted, there will still be those that remain and no heart to scam people. They'll never change because they're too lazy to work their assess off.
Scammers learn the old tricks and apply that to crypto and that is how they get away with it. We all know what a ponzi scheme is right? You get money from the new people and pay the old interest and you keep that going until you can't and you spend money like crazy during that time and run away with the money you have left.

That is a scamming situation as old as 100 years, since Charles Ponzi first did it and yet we are living in a world where ponzi schemes are still going on, and people act as if they can't be scammed by "something so easy to see" until they end up getting scammed. This is why I believe that we are talking about something that is dangerously risky and they could just put a makeup on it.

That's why need knowledge to avoid scammer, many jump in to crypto just to think how gain much money with fast and then they end up with huge loss because involved in scammer event squid game token is the example . Learn and learn is the key because scammer always there and use new form following the trend to scam people. Crypto scam in 2021 will be happen in 2022 too don't be surprised.
Let's not put all the blame to the scammers because its also the fault of the investors on why they got scammed. If they are on their right minds why will they put money on something they are not familiar with? And they do not just put small amount of money and what is worst is that they also borrow money because they think they will get more returns.

No wonder why scammers does not stop but they are motivated to scam more because they know that people wont just learn their lesson. 2021 trends like shitcoins and memecoins are now over but we have a new trend now and they are nft and metaverse projects, there are more money flowing on them so expect that they will get infested again by the scammers.

I was almost tempted to buy Squid Game Token at that time, but fortunately my capital was still stuck on other coins so I didn't buy it, lucky for me because of that. From that case, I think we can learn that the bull market invites many scammers to deceive us in various ways, so be careful and don't focus on profit and make us forget the risks in it.
It's always the FOMO that turns people into temptation. They'll feel being left alone and regret about the potential that they'll get while it's still soaring high.

But without knowing, the devs are already getting ready for their exit and if you miss them, you're going to regret more than the regret you've felt about getting that high profit.

Think of your situation when you're tempted as a blessing in disguise. You've avoided the rug pull.
Because of the hype and bullish season last year many shit projects were launched and those investors who wants to join the ride ended up losing their money due to rull pull.

Similar projects to scam the investors will continue to exist and its up to us whether to let ourselves becoming a victim for not being careful. There's a way to avoid it and one of that is not to be greedy because its the root why some of us are making a wrong decision when investing.
