If you some of those wallets in comments, they have had transactions. One person commented as some NGO and has got transfers from different wallets.

This is a good find in my opinion. I also found that reddit link which tells that last time this wallet was active, ETH became 4x in few days.

This is Geminis withdraw address. It is funny to see how people have commented on their wallet address so that they send them free money.
