I don't see right now a good ico that can beat past ico's that are developing their projects right now to deliver releases of the networks or application or protocols. I see big future of the blockchain like zilliqa, seele and quarkchain. They showing good token price result as well. I have bought.se coins of these project and will hold them till this year for sure.

I think that the best ones of this year are still to come. Some chains have been good, but there is now a need for better thought projects instead of first-to market ideas.

I have seen amazing projects, that I myself supported: amazing team, real business, proof of the business and product everywhere,,, it was an actual industry that wanted to expand,,, legal titles, videos of the production, real names and companies verified, and the people all willing to talk real time. And they only raised a small amount that they gave back.
