Shouldn't your attorney be handling any communications between you and bitcointalk, since you are threatening to sue them? (As well as communication between you and ICOethics, and Jollygood.) You really should consult with your attorney, if you really have one, regarding any communications going forward.

Any news about which legal jurisdiction Turner is going to serve litigation on ICOEthics ?

I think he stopped using previous accounts for damage limitation purposes only, I see no evidence of him banned.

Turner probably deleted all his previous posts under the DAVID TURNER CEO HUM1 username as they were full of threats and profanities, then wanted to come back here to promote his humanityone scam under a new new username.

Pity he still cannot post without threatening or swearing or with caps off even if he swapped usernames from "DAVID TURNER CEO HUM1" to "DAVID TURNER".

@ICOEthics you can report his new account for ban evasion, he is not supposed to create another account and post outside of Meta (ban appeal thread).

I am glad you archived the foul disgusting language full of profanities that was used by Turner in earlier posts.

Now he returns to the forum again trying to forget he ever used the usernames "cryptomaster99" and "DAVID TURNER CEO HUM1" so decides to use a less inconspicuous one called "DAVID TURNER". Make of that what you will.

-The bitcointalk domain is registered in Panama
-The server uses cloudflare for protection but are probably located in the US
-Several users from multiple countries have exposed the humanityone scam and called it a "scam"

Which Court of law in which legal jurisdiction will Turner be suing ICOEthics and countless others in for defamation?

Before that could even happen, with the backing of which legal jurisdiction will he force the bitcointalk forum owners to "remove" all posts related to the humanityone scam?

FACTS I AM GENUINE


The girl wax working as a free lancer with cryptoinfinity and used aliases we think to avoid taxation.

Cryptoinfinity have now sacked her so you unearthed something beyond me.


The two things you question are both easily explained so why don't you back off me I have never in my life done anything you suggest.


The white paper last few pages were strictly legals etc nothing to do with my project wording. They were included by WDM Website Design Masters who stole funds from me an never delivered ICO website.


So i am aware of these things and correct them.


I am a genuine Australan businessman running a genuine ICO project that i created as a safe secure community for investment after so many people bought into zero prices tokens etc


WDM were aware they took parts of an ICO and added to my white paper legals on end only about 4 to 5 pages.

CRYPTOINFINITY were unaware of the actions by girl pictured as she was free lance and always completed her work and got paid.


I am tired of seeing my life my money and my mothers and friends investment mo0ney go by the way.


Only issue is you brand things before enquiring as it veracity.
