OP if u have any evidence to state that they are working with the IS, go as soon as possible so we will be able to know how horrible they are, and some of the legendary user is probably helping on the sign campaign.

Most websites on the darknet(TOR) don't have great designs, there more utility driven.  Anyway it doesn't really seem like you have a great deal of proof other than someone had you send code to a guy who had a username that was the same as an alleged army recruiter.

Have you seen the website ? Its hardly a 2$ web design.Now why would someone want to spend so much money (bitcoins) for promotion when they don't even have a good website ?
