I was thinking more along the lines of if your recruiting staff what the primary objective is, for example if its to build OpenBazzar, establish a new darknet website for Altcoins, create and staff a new wikileaks etc in general what type of Big Project is being developed or is this privy only to users who apply and are accepted into the project seeing as their is no general service thread to inquire about it.
