Since I checked the posts of the owner and I saw that he is enrolling in giveaways in "Game & rounds" section just to earn few satoshis , It made me think more and more that this is a SCAM.
I gathered some information's I found and you guys provided and made a topic in the scam accusation section : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/a-likely-scam-hybridmixercom-1590396 I hope you guys could continue discussing this there !

It seems like a new Mixer service has opened (unlike others , HybridMixer offers different coins mixing and not only for BTC)

I would like to know If anyone have tried it yet ? with zero fees and everything , It makes me think that "It's too good to be true" .

Official website : http://hybridmixer.com/
the ANN thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-test-1589308
Signature campaign thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/del-1589310
It scares me to use this service since I am used to mixing coins through Bitmixer and nothing else. With all the scams that happening would you trust a new site without any reputation yet? I also checked the domain registration of this site and it was registered or created 8-11-2016 with expiration of 8-11-2017. If a company would like to stay on business for a long time, why register for only 1 year?

Valid point , I was also checking and It seems like they are not even using SSL Certificate like Bitmixer (as you can see there is no HTTPS in green before the URL in the browser)
I'm not the kind of guy who act like a guinea pig and test anything new that comes out in the market and tell the world how good it is and how bad it is. This is Bitcoin, once you send your Bitcoin to an unknown address, cross your fingers that it goes to your specified designated address where you want that coin to end up and pray that it wont end up in their pockets.

and one more thing. the site has no  any contact form/details about the peoples behind that. no any complaint submission ticked feature etc, which make it even more shady for me.
I would definitive keep my self stay away from them.
it would be nice if they start a small giveaway program like what cryptomixer did in its early days.
they give a small amount of btc to some peoples to check their maxing service and verify that it is really working.

I'm not convinced about them either... These things seem odd to me:

  • no letter of guarantee
  • their minima for mixing altcoins are pretty high... 10 LTC minimum =~ 0.06BTC
  • 0% fee for the first month
  • they seem to be linked to an exchange, the initial version of the OP of their sigcampaign stated they would pay to the user's deposit address of this exchange (IIRC, can't even remember which exchange)
  • Their promo of giving 1LTC to ppl that mix 10 LTC using their service seems really high
  • big payouts of their sigcampaign
  • no ssl
  • domain registered for 1 year
  • ran by a relatively low-ranked member without positive feedback
  • signature campaign without trusted escrow
  • no proof of any bankroll
  • https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.15964248
  • no contact email, nor ticket service?
  • hidden whois info

None of these things are really red flags, just things i'm a bit suspicious about.

yes. their site smells too suspicious to me. even their campaign bounty is very high rate. they are almost equal to the rate of fortunejack while they are just starting.
and i can't see their interest to used an escrow service with regards to their pay rate. and the format of their thread and the way they introduce there promo is just the same as other investment site that is now a scam. i won't name it because of publicity issue. so i suggest to use that site with your own risk. Smiley
i will change my opinion once they prove that im wrong, but for now based on what i currently see. i will just stick to my speculation.
