Not per wallet - per block, and that number is just about 1600 coins.

No, this is a common misunderstanding of how staking and the wallet works. A wallet can hold as many blocks of coins as you want it to, there is no reason to use separate wallets to maximize reward.
What if I still think that I can get around the maximum subsidy by using multiple wallets? If you still aren’t convinced, then let me ask you this: what is the difference between having one wallet with ten blocks of 100,000 NOBL that are ten days old and having 10 wallets each with 1 block of 100,000 NOBL that is ten days old? In both cases you have the same stake weight. In the first case you only keep track of one wallet on one machine and in the second case you have to struggle to keep track of what is going on with multiple machines.
Let me emphasize this: in both cases you have the same stake weight and therefore the exact same probability of being selected to stake.
