I would encourage everyone to write Polo via their support to not delist HYP and remind them that it has a solid community and dev behind the project.

after 2 years of life and still maintaining fair volume and growing price for a community/traders coin, maybe we could convince Bittrex to list HYP?

I use yobit more than I do other smaller ones... but it's hard for a coin to get taken seriously and slowly grow it's users over time on yobit. I can't even remember the last time I used cryptopia

Bittrex can be extremely easy convinced with 2-3 btc, and it's the only way i know.
Cryptopia is gradually and constantly progressing, it's simply young, i hope one day nobody call it a joke.

Would be great to see a few words from PT on the subject

IMO,
Cryptopia is a Great Exchange, you just don't see the Faked Trading Volume like on US Exchanges.
Also since yours and most of the other coins were doing a few $thousands per 24 hours in trading volume.
My best guess,  and only a guess is that Poloniex is cashing out , your coin will most likely outlive the Poloniex exchange. Tongue

 Cool

FYI:
Quote
I started a timer 6 months ago as a lark , when Poloniex changed their trading fees,
We are less than 30 days from it's predicted target date.

I hope everyone has sent a support ticket to polo, I've been meaning to stop in and say hi to the HYP thread. I've been trading it for a couple weeks now... you have decent volume, 300+ page active thread WTF is it getting removed for?

There should always be a place for trading community coins, not every coin should have to be "leading edge" "breakthrough" hyped coins with ridiculous volumes to be considered worthy of good exchanges.

I think polo is doing a real disservice to their users by removing actively traded coins like this

I am going to send a support ticket as well.

But in case where we will trade HYP do not tell me cryptopia because that change is a joke!
It is indeed Cryptopia ... Undecided

We need to contact POLO to not delist it, otherwise we can consider HYP beeing dead..

We can also contact a whole lot of other exchanges like CCex or YoBit with a request to add HYP. But, ideally, a decentralized currency shouldn't be dependent on centralized exchanges. So there is something to think about.

Yeah you are completely right!

Bittrex make sense!
I think that there is a possibility there, some coins with very low volumes are listed like netcoin, so why not HYP.
Bittrex delisted HYP months ago because of no/low trading, if i remember correctly.

I don't consider HYP dead.
I prefere to write a trade platform by myself than using Cryptopia

Hello.

Recently, I have configured hyperstake on a Raspbian to stake hyperstake for first time.

I have compiled the last version succesfully and after looooooong wait with the blokchain syncing the daemon synced ok, but the system shows in the getinfo that it isn't staking, so I restarted the daemon.
After that, the daemon don't sync with the blockchain and I'm getting the following error in the debug.log:

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Finally I've managed to solve the problem.

I had reloaded the bootstrap.dat and added the nodes in the hyperstake.conf. Now the node syncs ok and starts staking...

Hello guys

I installed version 1.1.3 on WIndows10 x64 but the wallet was out of sync. I read an article on http://hyperstake.wikia.com/. It should automatically connects to nodes.

But what I found is 0 node connected and wallet was offline. So, I try to manually add node 6-7 nodes from http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/HYP/nodes.php on "Debug console".
Then , my wallet now have 5 actives connections.

My question is do I have to manually added node from the website?? (It was superb long list! and this would take time)
Or, did I miss some steps??

Thanks

Go to %appdata%/HyperStake and create file called HyperStake.conf. Add those nodes there by adding following lines addnode=.

Thanks! Let me try that

if you have even one active connection, it should find more. It's also, as mentioned above, easier to add them to your config file. If one goes bad it will be ignored, so a long list is not a big deal.

Perfect. How to add the list to config file?
