There’s no late investing in bitcoin as long as you are investing for long term goal. But if you want to make the perfect entry, then always invest when the market is bearish because bitcoin price is surely at a declining price. But as I’ve said, no need to worry as what matters is how you hold your bitcoin for long term. As long as you have been making DYOR before deciding to invest, and you are investing what you can afford to lose, then you could be a successful investor hopefully provided that you also have patience and determination to make your investment works.
Anyone from beginners is never too late to invest in bitcoin at this time because the price of bitcoin is still low when compared to the previous ATH price but it is highly recommended to invest when prices are lower during a bearish market, but investment advice for beginners must be able to allocate each fund as needed, for example Funds for investment are 20% of the total funds that you have, so these funds can be used for long-term investments without disturbing the allocation of other funds.

hello everyone,, I am a housewife who wants to join this forum and ask for your help, so that you can guide and advise me, especially in terms of investing in bitcoin.
Hi welcome.
btw, no matter who you are, youbare always welcomed in the cryptocurrency. There is no limit who you are to be part of this crypto world. I am sure that here are also similar activities done by some members here but they are not telling about it. As long as you want to learn, why not? People always have any chance to learn something new. Moreover to invest in Bitcoin especially, this is a good lovement. but it is still risky. we will not say that investing in Bitcoin has no  risk and will give you big profits, NO. because even we are investing in Bitcoin, we still have the risks. But we can manage the risks because we are able to do that for long term investment, not only for day trading activities that have high risks. So, the first thing is always learn and learn much more about crypto and Bitcoin in specifically.

is it too late to invest in bitcoin?
it's never too late for an investment. you can start at any time. but you also have to pay attention to risks and also some understanding to be able to remain consistent in your investment planning.

and whether my decision is right or not, to invest in bitcoin?
because you are a beginner, actually no crypto asset is completely clean from risk. but if you choose Bitcoin, then it is the best choice. You certainly see quite a lot of assets on the exchange, but for a start, Bitcoin will be good enough for you.
and one more thing, don't forget to have a hardware wallet to store your Bitcoin. never put it on an exchange.

It is not late now to invest in bitcoin eventhough the price has significantly gone up. But do not feel bad buying at this time because there is more rise in price to catch up with in months to come. Bitcoin is an investment that can not make you loose everything you have invested especially if you are going long term. Give yourself one year or two and then you go and sell. Anything within two years from now will mean you are in good profit and the right thing will be to sell off before another drop.

One important thing that made me happy is that you have belong to this forum which I believe there are lot for you to read and understand even without anyone telling you since this forum is very large and wide for you to get all needed to start your investment journey.
Please keep in mind that when you invest in bitcoin you don't expect to start reaping immediately, from your statement you said is money gotten from shopping and this could be very tough for you because, investment can be said to be 50/50 is either you gain or lose. But one thing for sure is that you can't lost your entire funds rather it will only depreciate in dollar value but you still maintain the fractions of bitcoin you hold.

My best wishes and congratulations to you for coming to the Bitcoin Forum. But the decision you have taken is very reasonable. Investing in Bitcoin can change people very quickly. Although Bitcoin investment is risky, here you can get a lot of profit if you hold it for a long time. I don't think you're too late to invest in Bitcoin. You have arrived at the right time. If you can invest in this instant market and hold it for a long time, you will surely profit. Because the market is still very dumping stage.

it's never too late for everyone who wants to start an investment in bitcoin. But a preparation certainly must be done. one of them is to learn and add insight first before acting further. Understand the risks and potential that will be taken. and prepare yourself to be able to analyze the market independently. because all actions have a risk. and a risk that we take is entirely our own responsibility. so prepare yourself to have more insight and do independent analysis. at least that's what i can say.

Firstly I want to welcome you to the forum and let you know that nothing is difficult over here and everyone is here to learn.
It's a good thing and a great thing to invest in Bitcoin but just as you're expecting to invest in Bitcoin and wanting to ride with the tides of making profits, hope you're also ready to take some loss if the trade begins moving down?
This question is one question I want you to take your time to answer genuinely because you're the only one responsible for whatever action you take.
I would advice that you let that money rest there and if you're a Nigerian, please go deposit your old currency and help  circulate this money

Investing in Bitcoin is the wisest decision, it is never too late to invest in Bitcoin. Before you start investing, you need to learn Bitcoin step by step and really understand it.

Due to Bitcoin's volatility, it is risky to only invest what you can afford to lose and invest all your savings in it. And never invest in Bitcoin as a get-rich-quick method, have a long-term holding plan.

because I saw on the internet that bitcoin is currently experiencing an increase.

Generally, it is never too late to invest in anything. As long as you start as soon as you discovered it, then you are taking advantage of this opportunity to maximize your profits. Remember that the volatility and inflation of BTC is what makes it unique compared to other investment mechanisms present on the market. If you want to earn at least some profits, better be aware of its price once you invested it and sell your coins as soon as you see some profit on your end.

This depends on you but personally, investing into BTC could either be your dream or nightmare given the right situation.

Lots of people have profited from this venture but there were also some that lost thousands to millions. It all depends on the right opportunity and knowing when to sell your BTCs. Though nothing is absolute, there are certain factors that will indicate or at least guide you if you should sell it or not.

It's not about you being a housewife, it's about you having the understand of what you're really trying to invest in -- nobody's age, gender or title matters in here, it's about what you wanna learn, earn and teach others too.
Well, you said you don't wanna HODL the cash in a piggy bank cus the value diminishes as time fades right? Have you made good enquires as to how Bitcoin works? .. that sometimes, you could even go about losing almost everything you invested just to hold on for another ATH? Bitcoin isn't some stable banks that y'all invest and the Capital remains the same; it depreciates or appreciates based on the market value.

...I am a housewife. and I plan to invest in bitcoin...

Investing in bitcoin does not begin with buying it. You need to get basic knowledge about cryptocurrency, you will also need to open a wallet for storing bitcoin and an account on a cryptocurrency exchange to buy BTC. I hope that your path to investing in bitcoin will not be fraught with mistakes.

You should inform your husband and don't ignore him in this case, when it comes to investment both of you should put your heads together,so that he will not feel irrelevant if he discovers by himself,he might also support you with some funds to increase you investment. You will need to noncustodial wallet to keep your investment safe

I don't look down on women or homemakers, but it would be better if she informed her husband, and both of them could invest in bitcoin together. For these forms of venture capital, I think men will grasp it faster and better than women, and to avoid encountering unnecessary fraud incidents, both should learn carefully and invest together would be better.

OP, and if in case, you want to stay private and don't want to share for some reason. You should be very careful and should ask anything here before deciding to invest.
Well, husband and wife should always be transparent to each other that’s why if you plan to enter into this volatile investment, have your husband aware about it so he can also share his own perspective about investing into bitcoin. Also, who knows he also has plan to invest in bitcoin and you can support each other and create a good capital needed to invest in bitcoin. But always remember to only invest what you can afford to lose knowing bitcoin investment has also its own risk.

Some women needs to be appreciated  for their innovative ability, because of their good sense of reasoning. When you have such woman as your partner,I can say you are blessed for life. Some women are so vissionless, and lack that innovative mindset that can make a man feel like he is blessed having that kind of woman.
But the best thing a man can ever crave for is seeing  your partner excelling in whatever field she's in,it makes you have this feeling that your future is secured, and that you are in a save hand.

One thing that I would like to say is if you are thinking of investing money from your savings then you should first decide on the amount that you would want to invest in bitcoin.
So your question would be how much % from your savings should you invest in bitcoin.
If I were at your place then I would not invest more than 30% - 40% in bitcoin because as a housewife you should keep some money in spare.
We don't know when an emergency comes and so you would need to have some backup by saving some money into the emergency fund as well.
Also, keep a little portion of savings for miscellaneous expenses as well and then you can use the rest for investments.
Try to diversify by investing in bitcoin as well as other assets like stocks and bonds.

~snip~Can't expected with how much percent Bitcoin increasing up few years later and how profitable it than save or hold in the Bank for their money, I have start it by purchasing every week as my education saving for the future above $100 in Bitcoin investing until my kid grow up few years later.

Routinely invest every week or do a DCA strategy to continue to collect bitcoins and hold them for the long term. The returns are more pronounced when the investment is made for the long term, as the value of bitcoin continues to rise. Starting today is the right choice before bitcoin reaches a new ATH again.
Currently, everyone can invest easily in bitcoin, housewives, part-time workers, and those who are old and don't look at any profession. Investment is very important to do, those who invest will now feel big profits in the future.

But most profitable and worth when saving money used for their kids education at the future by holding or investing in Bitcoin.

It's great that you're interested in investing in bitcoin and seeking guidance. It is true that the value of bitcoin can be highly volatile and can fluctuate greatly in a short period of time. It's important to conduct your own research and understand the risks involved before investing in any financial product.

In terms of whether it's too late to invest in bitcoin, it's difficult to say as the market is highly unpredictable. However, it's important to remember that investing in bitcoin or any other investment should be done after conducting thorough research and understanding the risks involved.

In terms of whether investing in bitcoin is the right decision for you, it ultimately depends on your personal financial situation and risk tolerance. It's important to consider diversifying your investments, rather than investing all of your money in one specific asset. It's also important to only invest what you can afford to lose and to be aware that past performance does not predict future performance.

It is also a good idea for you to ask people who know more about investing in bitcoin than you to gain more experience in it. As you plan to invest, try to talk to someone close to you and someone you trust who can give you a better idea. Investing in bitcoin is a great idea for people who understand about investments.

you must be a housewife who is smart and very updated about bitcoin investment, rarely do housewives invest, especially in bitcoin.
after you join and invest in bitcoin, you also have to be able to face the risks, because it's also an investment, it's not always profitable, sometimes there are also losses.
but you are very right to invest in bitcoin, because in bitcoin there is very little risk of loss, so you don't worry too much, most importantly, the money used is really cold money or it won't be used in the long term.

Not a good idea to invest your savings on bitcoin because you are dealing with huge volatility then might you get panic when market moves in bad direction, so maybe best for you to invest first on knowledge there are so many things we can read up and also try to figure out what skills you have since there are jobs online where you cam generate income so better enhance your skills and earn with it rather than trying your luck on risky situation which you can't handle.

Never see bitcoin as a get-rich-quick scheme, it’s never like that. Learn to educate yourself about bitcoin, it’s history, and everything that you can find from reliable resources. And make sure you only invest what you can afford to lose, otherwise you will be left broke with bitcoin because you invest all your hard-earned money because if the thought that it will always be profitable.
We must invest suitable funds for bitcoins and not use larger funds because after all investing in crypto has risks and is not a get rich quick scheme, many beginners do not know that and invest funds without minimum limit, they also do not have enough knowledge to learn market potential.

That's not up to me if I say you should invest or not. I don't have to repeat about you reading the forum rules or such but about if it's too late or not to invest in bitcoin is I can give some opinion or advice if you call it that way. Since you said that you are a housewife and let's assume that you have lots of time to learn and once you have done that then you can decide on own if you want to invest or not and there's nothing wrong with asking advices even if you have knowledge about Bitcoin already maybe as a preferences or guide. I know that there are some time you are busy doing house chores and more but I am sure you have some free time and I think you should better ude that chance to soend that time in crypto.
If you want to invest in bitcoin, then start with the basics first and DYOR everything you want to learn as they can be very significant once you are already doing real investment with bitcoin. And never expect for quick profits like some greedy people who only invest for money, learn first and then you will know how to make profits with it in the future.

Don't "invest" in bitcoin just because the number can go up. Invest in it if you actually think it will go up because you agree/align with the investment theses. Because for every bitcoin-positive person here on Bitcointalk, there will be a skeptic on other social media.

Educate yourself — you're obviously going to get biased answers here.

hello everyone,, I am a housewife who wants to join this forum and ask for your help, so that you can guide and advise me, especially in terms of investing in bitcoin.
We are from various backgrounds and no matter who you are, you are always welcome to invest in Bitcoin as long as you have really understood about Bitcoin investment. The basic thing to remember is that investing in Bitcoin is not a way to become very rich quickly or even to be like other people who are successful from Bitcoin investment. Because, their era may be different, or the time, the luck, and also the efforts may be different. SSo you must focus on yourself to invest in Bitcoin by being aware that Bitcoin investment is also always risky, but in the right ways, this can be very worthy.

There is also not a problem where you save the money at first, you need to make an account in your local exchange to deposit your fiat to the trusted exchange and then buy some Bitcoin. Actually, this will be better if you can save or hold your Bitcoin in your personal wallet. But I am not sure that you have understood this. So, basically, you need to learn again about the safe wallet and also trusted exchange to buy and hold. Btw, what is your purpose for investing in Bitcoin? For short term or long term?
Anyway, you may need better to discuss this in your local board, there will be much more information and discussion for you about this.

and I want to invest in bitcoin using the money in my piggy bank, because if I have money left over from shopping that my husband gives me, I always put it in my piggy bank.

First of all, I wish to welcome you to the forum, and also encourage you that if "lovesmayfamilis" housewife and mother like you could achieve the height she is today on the forum, you too with determination and hardwork can do the same. It's all about time. Secondly, I hope you understand that Bitcoin is a volatile currency, whereby it's value could rise or fall anytime due to supply and demand? Are you sure you are ready for it? Because I will not advice you invest a household money given to you by your husband that it's need for it may arise soon. Because Bitcoin is always best for long term investment, and even short team investment (I.e if you are ready to bear the risk, because if it's value falls today, it always rise back).

Welcome to the forum, and am sure you are going to learn lot's of things from people in the forum for free, just be ready to read and incase if their is anything you don't understand, make sure you are always asking questions.
so in my opinion if my invest in bitcoin, of course it will have good potential for the future. but I will ask everyone,
If you are planning to invest in bitcoin, then you should be ready to hold for long term, don't invest the money you will be needing soon in bitcoin. Also if you want to invest in bitcoin, you should learn about wallet security and bitcoin in general, also after buying bitcoin, make sure you don't leave your bitcoin on exchange, always transfer it to a Non-Custodial Wallet and secure your private key. When securing your private key, make sure it is stored where their is no internet connection.
is it too late to invest in bitcoin?
It's never too late to invest in bitcoin, people telling you is late are just trying to discourage you from investing in bitcoin. To me bitcoin price is still very cheap now, in the next few months, you might not see bitcoin at this price again.
and whether my decision is right or not, to invest in bitcoin?
I believe you are making the best decision by investing in bitcoin.

Bitcoin is phenomenal, so it’s a must investment for all of us. One is not late or early, as long as you know what you are doing and you have faith in bitcoin. However, investing in bitcoin has its own risk. You should be knowledgeable on bitcoin first, its background and its history, so you will know what steps to take when you are already investing and hodling bitcoin. But one piece of advice, only invest what you can afford to lose as bitcoin cannot guarantee profits all the time. Expect that there will be initial losses, and maybe probable gains in the future if you are already good enough.

You are welcome here. Some time ago, just like yourself, there was a woman who registered on the forum from South-Africa. She was a housewife and wanted to do something more than just kitchen stuff. She got good encouragement and guidance from forum members. So you are in the right place. First, I want you to keep an open mind. As much as your money in your piggy bank can be affected by inflation, bitcoin is very volatile and it is not a good hedge against inflation. So make your choice wisely. I see that some resources have been recommended by some users. Go through them, it will help.

hello everyone,, I am a housewife who wants to join this forum and ask for your help, so that you can guide and advise me, especially in terms of investing in bitcoin.

as I said above that I am a housewife. and I plan to invest in bitcoin.
and I want to invest in bitcoin using the money in my piggy bank, because if I have money left over from shopping that my husband gives me, I always put it in my piggy bank.

but what makes me want to invest in bitcoin is because,, if you put it in a piggy bank for a long time I think it will be affected by inflation.
so in my opinion if my invest in bitcoin, of course it will have good potential for the future. but I will ask everyone,

is it too late to invest in bitcoin?
because I saw on the internet that bitcoin is currently experiencing an increase.

and whether my decision is right or not, to invest in bitcoin?

please guide for all the friends in this forum?

Since it is the money in your piggy box which means you will have no need for it any time soon and also according to you, those are left over monies given you by your husband.
You may decide to invest in bitcoin but your good gain will come on the long run. Do not expect huge profit om the short term.
If you can be disciplined and wait for a very long time like 3yrs, your savings may worth as much as you didn't expect it to worth.

How about talk to your hubby to invest and how did you know about bitcoin?

It's never too late to make an investment with bitcoin currently we are facing with the floor price of the 16k to 20 price which is seems nothing more lower with that,  in investment you can make a long term to short term investment which is seems like you will go for the long term for your future plans, but of course make sure you don't get carried away too much easily with those market price movement might cause you a losses due to getting fear and it's just only investment but also a risk of your emotions

Actually you been a house wife and getting your self in bitcoin investment is a very nice idea, reason been that you been a house wife is not just for cooking, making children set for school and other house choice alone but rather you also become a source of help to the family as well to help your husband too.
Haven't been a house wife to invest in bitcoin you need to know things about bitcoin, you need to know the advantage and disadvantage in it so as to help guard you.
I guess you didn't make a mistake by investment in bitcoin but you need to know what you are doing because it really help a lot of individual to get rich in life as well.
Getting bitcoin as an house wife is very good but on your own risky because you don't just get yourself in what you don't know nothing about it,you have to learn everything about it first before getting in to it.

...and that's a good decision cause unlike in your piggy bank that  your money will not grow while when you investing in bitcoin there's a chance that your money will grow if the price will go up higher .

Your words may be interpreted by the OP to mean that any investment in bitcoin provides a profit, which in fact is not true. And if the OP still decides to make such investments, then she must understand that she can lose her money. Accordingly, all responsibility for such a loss will lie with her, and not with those who advised her.

as a housewife, you have extensive knowledge and try to invest in bitcoin. It's a good choice, but you also need to know what the risks and rewards will be. Don't just look at the benefits.
Investing from a piggy bank is certainly the right thing to do, you can buy it in stages with the DCA strategy, it will have good potential in the future. and take advantage of free time as a housewife to learn bitcoin or cryptocurrency so you understand what is done and invested in bitcoin.

Please do not rely on anyone whether you should invest or not.
At least, gain more knowledge about bitcoin first before you start investing in it. Read articles, watch videos, join discussions, or do anything that can feed you with knowledge. You have to be aware of what you are investing, so you'll better understand its risks. From that, you can decide better than just asking if you should.
Goodluck!

Like you said your piggy bank might be affected by inflation, you should also be aware that bitcoin is also affected with volatility, so if you want to invest as a house wife make sure to be ready to make your investment a long term one, as BTC market price can be static for long time and anyone without a long term plan when investing would perhaps loss hope and patience and withdraw at loss.

It's not late talk more of too late to invest in bitcoin, but that depends on your investment plans . Is it for a long term?

You have this privilege to locate this forum and find yourself here because this community is solely created for bitcoin discussions with people across the world, your first journey start with learning, you need to create time to learn about what bitcoin is, how you can buy it, store it and sell or exchange it, this will take you little of your time to get used to it but you don't have to limited your learning grounds, read through the forum here under bitcoin discussion board, learn from friends and also read on the internet but you have to exercise caution in revealing your details especially when it comes to private ones, knowing how to do things all by yourself in bitcoin is the best thing you could ever invested on yourself, which is also your first security.

I know piggy,  it is an online bank where people lock and save their money. For me I don't think piggy is a safe place to save up money because it can get hacked and I'm not sure if their is any means for people to trace to get back their money. One of the things people should consider when putting their money somewhere for savings is to find out if the platform is reliable for savings .
Accumulating money in bank will only reduce the value of money,  it is a great decision for you to invest in bitcoin than to save it up in piggy with lose of value.

First of all Welcome to the forum op. I believe here is the best place to get good answers about your Bitcoin investment aim. Investing in bitcoin, it is something great but it also involves some risk that is why they do advise anyone to invest what is can afford to lose.it will be nice if you can truly go through those links my others follow members have provided you with and that will seriously help and guide you whenever you decide to invest. But my advise for you is do your own research and learn more things before you start to invest in Bitcoin.

I don't think it is always late investing in bitcoin, Bitcoin market price can going up  and can also be down anytime all the is determined my percentage of people holding it. But the only thing that is there is long term holding once you can hold it at least 5 to 8 years from now you will surely make profit from it,due to the halving period that do occur 4 4 years, that is time we do talk about market bull run.

As a housewife you can invest in Bitcoin hopefully without facing any problems, on the contrary, you may face numerous issues when you want further profit from bitcoin investment. But you can invest in Bitcoin in numerous ways, you just need to be careful about the types of investment and if you follow the proper companion, you can benefit veritably snappily from now on, similar to trading and long-time investment can be considered veritably seriously.
You can invest in any way but be careful how you manage the investments, I read some articles where utmost of the articles said that to invest in Bitcoin you need to manage the investment for at least 3-4 years or further to be a successful investor. be suitable to.

is it too late to invest in bitcoin?
Do not be surprised if most of us here are going to encourage you to buy bitcoin. You're in a bitcoin forum and majority of us here are bitcoin investors and very optimistic about it. Nope, it's not too late to invest in bitcoin and it's good that you're getting started.

and whether my decision is right or not, to invest in bitcoin?
It's right to buy bitcoin.

Instead of buying some altcoins, you're good starting buying bitcoin and you're a saver so basically you know how to give importance to your money and that's why you've decided to put it into investment, bitcoin.

Don't feel guilty if you start buying it, you're doing the right thing.

In the case of bitcoin, neither social status nor profession matters when investing. Anyone can buy btc. This is a very big advantage. Also, it is not necessary to buy a whole btc and you can buy a part, or even a thousandth. That is, any schoolboy can buy btc's part with the money accumulated at breakfast. So, you can already break your piggybank and make your first purchase.

I have a feeling that in all periods of the existence of btc people are wondering if it's too late to invest in it now. As the current correction shows, it's not too late. There will always be buying opportunities at various times in the bitcoin cycles (in theory), as well as selling opportunities during boom times.

Now we come to the most important point. Are you ready to take personal responsibility for investing in bitcoin and are you limited only by your piggy bank.

Seriously is are we allowed to hold money as husband? Cheesy In my case, All my job salary will directly to my wife since he is holding my ATM and bank account. The only thing I can use personally was my Bitcointalk forum salary and my company bonus which I don’t tell to here. I salute you for being a house wife that doesn’t manage money for your family.

In your situation. Investing on Bitcoin is much better rather than storing it on piggy bank as you explained already that it will be affected by inflation while Bitcoin on the other hand is growing no matter what the situation is in the long run. Just make sure to purchased Bitcoin by batch so that you can save some of the transaction fee when you purchased on exchange.

You can use the search bar of the forum to find the answer to your question since almost newbies question is already posted here due to a long time existence of this forum. Wish you a good luck!

You are a good wife and your husband is fortunate to have a partner like you who prioritizes the future over the present. Regarding your inquiry as to whether you are late on investing in bitcoin, the answer is no. You are right on time because the majority of us here anticipate the full pump of bitcoin in the following year and the next.

But first, you need to learn and comprehend bitcoin. How it works and how to keep it safe because, as we are all aware, there are numerous scammers both offline and online.

please guide for all the friends in this forum?

Firstly I want to join others in welcoming you to the forum, in regards to your question above, I want to assure you that it's never too late to invest in Bitcoin. We haven't even started when it comes to how far Bitcoin could go in both adoption and price appreciation. I believe your interest is in regards to the price so I will start by first letting you know, we're just three halving into  about 117+ still left to occur and Bitcoin always has a history of pumping after each of this halving events.

This is no guarantee but even if you invest today then hold for just 2-5 halving still left to come, you're sure of making life changing profit that you mightn't have to work for a dime again in your lifetime. Don't be carried away by the noise you're seeing online of Bitcoin pumping, this is nothing compared to what is ahead so your best bet is to invest today. You coming here looking for the right decision, I believe everyone here will tell you to invest. If you want a contradicting answer then go speak to the bankers or governments officials as they are one of if those against investing in Bitcoin because they realized the threat the currency holds.

No I don't think that it's late to invest in Bitcoin , because Bitcoin provide you opportunity every single time to invest, still Bitcoin need a long run to his previous All Time High, so you can invest now if you miss the opportunity around 17k because for sure after halving Bitcoin will make new ATH.

and whether my decision is right or not, to invest in bitcoin?
Yes it's absolutely right because due to inflation every fiat currency are de-valuation with time to time so your plan for saving in fait isn't profitable as compared to Bitcoin , because Bitcoin are anti inflation coin to invest.

I think now is not too late if you want to invest in Bitcoin even though the market situation is slightly improving and making Bitcoin reach $ 21k at the moment, now you decide the right policy prefer to invest in Bitcoin rather than keep it in the piggy bank, maybe we tell you a little about the risks invest, every investment has been claimed with a certain risk.

But the positive impact of Bitcoin risk is not so significant and makes the holder not disappointed. Maybe you can learn about everything related to Bitcoin in this Forum, the Forum provides a variety of knowledge that you can study to make it the key to a good investment.

thank you for the advice,, yes of course I will not buy bitcoin with family meal money, because what I put in the piggy bank is the remaining monthly spending money that my husband gives me, and I have also told my husband that I am interested in investing in bitcoin . and my husband agreed.

Do you have an emergency fund? Investing in Bitcoin, and any type of investment, should be done after you have secured an emergency fund to fall back on when you have unforeseen events. Otherwise, you may be forced to sell in a bear market, at a loss, to pay for those unforeseen events. Better to have an emergency fund and then invest.

Otherwise, the advice you have been given is good.

I am fascinated by your deep love and importance for Bitcoin.  You are a housewife and want to save money from your husband's allowance and invest it in Bitcoin.  This is without a doubt a proof of significant love on Bitcoin.
It's somewhat late to invest in Bitcoin, a few days ago Bitcoin was below 16000, if you had invested in Bitcoin, you could have made huge profits today.
If you want to invest in Bitcoin then you can invest.  You invest with one thing in mind and can invest for long term savings.  But I would like to request you that you must hold your invested bitcoins offline or in a hardware wallet.  And you must keep your secret passwords in a secret place.

Usernames that are synonymous with Indonesians. For easier-to-understand guidance (in "bahasa"), try starting a discussion on this local board about whatever it is you need. For example, don't know how much "piggy bank" money you collect each period, let's just say it's a small value if we look at the average Indonesian habit of saving the rest of their daily expenses. Then it needs to reach a certain minimum value to get a more decent amount of bitcoin sats (avoiding multiple sending fees).

At first i will appluad you by coming to this community, and i will advice you to make a research of Bitcoin and know it's important or functions, because it's very obvious that Bitcoin investment is something that have to do with two categories either you land into advantages during the process of the investment or you face the disadvantages. so therefore you most know the rudiments of Bitcoin before you can as well go into the investment. It's encouraging to invest in Bitcoin but as an investor you have to learn so that you will not end up on losing in your investment.
Exactly mate, having the courage to want to invest is a good step forward, but before you make any investmest, you must be aware of the risks involved in investing, and know fully well that if you should go into loss, you are fully accountable to it.Its a game of the mind,if you have set your mind on investing and making money, good luck to you ,and don't be afraid to loose.Loosing is part of success, thats what you should know,I think long term holding will be the best for you to avoid the too much risk, just patience is required.

It is a good idea but what I will advise you is that, don't use your household feeding money to invest in bitcoin, and if you do that there will be a big problem in the house because the money was not meant to invest but to feed. And also before you does such thing inform your husband about it but it is not compulsory but it would have been nice you tell him. And also remember there is risk in investing in bitcoin. You when you invest in this slide rising of the bear market and tomorrow the market comes down again, you have to know what to do. In the piggy bank, the money is stable to some extent and bitcoin has never stable. So know the risk before investing.

It's great to hear that you are interested in investing in Bitcoin and taking control of your finances. As a housewife, you have the same potential as anyone else to invest and grow your wealth.

In regards to your question, whether it's too late to invest in Bitcoin, it's hard to say. The value of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile and can change rapidly. However, it is generally believed that investing in Bitcoin is a long-term play, and it's better to invest in it for the long run rather than trying to time the market.

Invest if you can forget about your investment for a longer period of time. Don't check the price often and wish for your investment to get doubled overnight.
I don't know about the actual amount, but any amount you want to invest in bitcoin is fine, and it is never too late to invest in bitcoin, especially not now.

Welcome on board.
You being a housewife doesn't deprive you of Bitcoin investment and you're correct when said the money you put in your piggy bank will be affected by inflation.
Meanwhile, Bitcoin's current increase in price doesn't mean you're too late to invest in Bitcoin and you can only be too late if you don't invest in Bitcoin now before the total bullish market. However, the first thing you need to know is how to secure your wallet and I will advise you to get a hardware wallet after DCA your piggy bank fund into Bitcoin.

to all my friends, thank you for giving me advice and encouragement. it turns out that joining all of you here has really helped me, especially in the bitcoin investment that I want to do.

It's good to hear, welcome to the forum and I hope you'll stay and take part in discussions.

It's never to late to be a part of something that changes the way people see money and value. If this isn't a financial revolution then I don't know if there will ever be one and I don't want to be stuck with inflationary fiat money all my life with no alternatives Tongue

I'd like to add that if you want to buy it as a hedge against inflation like you've said in your first post your location will matter greatly. If you live in a country where inflation is 2% you don't have to worry about that too much, but if you're somewhere in Venezuela or Turkey where inflation is literally destroying people's lives, I'd run to bitcoin as fast as I can.

as I said above that I am a housewife. and I plan to invest in bitcoin.
and I want to invest in bitcoin using the money in my piggy bank, because if I have money left over from shopping that my husband gives me, I always put it in my piggy bank.

but what makes me want to invest in bitcoin is because,, if you put it in a piggy bank for a long time I think it will be affected by inflation.
so in my opinion if my invest in bitcoin, of course it will have good potential for the future. but I will ask everyone,

is it too late to invest in bitcoin?
because I saw on the internet that bitcoin is currently experiencing an increase.

and whether my decision is right or not, to invest in bitcoin?

please guide for all the friends in this forum?
First of all, Bitcoin can be delved in when one pleases irrespective of the market season. Ones gender or qualifications has got nothing to do with how an investment in Bitcoin will turn out. Good return comes from good strategy of investing which can be learned upon much observation from other users and the market news and trends itself. It only takes one who has more experience on the subject matter to consider buying during bear or bull seasons.

It is okay to invest as long as it won't be an issue or discomfort for your husband/spouse. Also, waiting for everything to normalize before investing is one uncertainty to look out for. You would sure gain a lot here on this forum within the shortest possible time.

Welcome to the forum. Being a housewife doesn't stop you from investing in bitcoin. Anybody can invest in it anonymously without disclosing their occupation.

Bitcoin investment doesn't need many tasks from you apart from having your private keys stored in a safe place, investing with the amount you can afford to lose, hold and have a long-term investment plan.

is it too late to invest in bitcoin?
because I saw on the internet that bitcoin is currently experiencing an increase.
It is not too late to invest in bitcoin. Don't invest in bitcoin because of the recent increase in price, invest because you have a long-term goal.

Less I forget, don't put all your hope on bitcoin investment cos nobody can ascertain what the future holds for her.

I invest more than 1 year ago in BTC, only a little amount, cause I remember a good sentence: do it at your own risk. I learn how to set up a wallet and something else, but unfortunately I come into this forum late. So, take a look into guide and other topics that could help you a lot. Welcome

Please don’t stereotype yourself I don’t consider house wife as a title nor do I consider it as a position and no one should bear the name tag house wife.

By the way welcome to the forum, i can say that you aren’t familiar with Crypto-Currency and I can judge that by how you introduce yourself to the forum, don’t be board try to learn more. And I congratulate for coming into the forum which is a big step to learning more about bitcoin and only then should you try investing.

It's never too late to invest in bitcoin; the opportunity is still there. What I like best is taking money out of your piggy to invest in bitcoin. You can also persuade your husband to do the same, but keep in mind that while doing so is good, there are risks involved. Welcome to the bitcoin community, where you can learn endless amounts about trading and technical aspects of bitcoin.

Saving money in fiat is definitely terrible. It's highly susceptible to inflation and can be very unstable dependent on who's at the helm of the fiscal policy decisions.
Bitcoin on the other hand is not prone to inflation and retains its value well overtime, but it's downside to some is that it's very volatile.
If you're planning to invest in Bitcoin, learn a bit about the basics and how it works, you don't need to bother with the more technical details early on, just what you need to know to have a grasp of the fundamentals. This would guide your decisions.

is it too late to invest in bitcoin?

• Small price changes does not matter long term.
You are investing spare money as you said and should not be bothered about short term price effects.
Think longer term.

• Your decision is yours to make. This is a Bitcoin forum and majority here are holders, so they personally see it as a good idea, it's up to you to decide for yourself.

It is never too late to invest in Bitcoin, as long as you understand the risks involved. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile; their price can fluctuate greatly in a short period of time. It is important to do your own research and understand what those risks are before making any investment decisions. Since you are new to the world of cryptocurrency, it is best to start small. You do not need a lot of money to invest in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies; you can get started with just a few dollars. As your knowledge grows and your confidence builds, you can increase your investment over time. It is also important to invest only what you can afford to lose and diversify your portfolio, that way, if one investment does not work out as planned, you will not lose all of your money.

It is ultimately your decision whether to invest in bitcoin or not, but it is important to be well-informed before making any investment decisions.
Welcome to the forum, by the way.

Welcome to the bitcoin space. It actually the best currency for store of value but it’s risky to have all your savings on it because of its volatility. Not that it loses value but selling low might bring loss. So the best option is to save some funds in fiat for daily use so as to hold your bitcoin for long.

congratulations because you found the right forum to be your guide for investing in bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, the volatile bitcoin price makes everyone still have time to invest in bitcoin, you have to see what rate the bitcoin price is currently at and if you compare it with the ATH then you will find that currently, the bitcoin price is still in a discounted condition (believe bitcoin price will pass its ATH in the next few months) so it's not there is a late word in investing in bitcoin.

and whether my decision is right or not, to invest in bitcoin?

please guide for all the friends in this forum?

of course, investing in bitcoin is the wisest decision, not everyone has faith in bitcoin even many refuse to hear about bitcoin when someone explains about it. You can read in the bitcoin discussion thread or you can search for references on Google about bitcoin history and what has happened (FUD, bitcoin price history, etc--).

I'm assuming you're in the business of raising children, so are you at home? But even if this is not the case, it is quite possible that you have a lot of free time and a great opportunity to learn bitcoin gradually. I say this confidently because we are similar; I also sit at home for a while. Take your time with investments and start reading the forum. You can invest all your money and also lose it very quickly. Do not be seduced by quick profits; without knowledge, you are more likely to fail than gain. Therefore, sit and read, and only after that will you understand that it is not necessary to ask such questions as those that were asked. I hope that soon you will not doubt Bitcoin but will come here with strong confidence and good knowledge.

Considering you might have some time on your hands and seem to be tech savvy based on the fact that you here which takes  a little extra effort to find this place  ::)I would suggest you consider trading it other than investing only..
Learning to trade will actually give you an edge over the market such that you will know when to hodl and when to sell when markets look bearish based on price action.

First of all welcome to the forum and just make sure you read all the rules in this thread Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ so as to avoid making any violation on the forum unintentionally also.

as I said above that I am a housewife. and I plan to invest in bitcoin.
You have made the right choice and appreciate your thoughts of investing in bitcoin despite being housewife and this should be motivational for others as well because you are going through the way of investing in profitable asset rather then just saving it.

but what makes me want to invest in bitcoin is because,, if you put it in a piggy bank for a long time I think it will be affected by inflation.
so in my opinion if my invest in bitcoin, of course it will have good potential for the future. but I will ask everyone,
Exactly the money you save in your piggy banks is just lying there without any return but being reduced in value with rising inflation overtime making your fiat worthless. If you see most of the currencies around the world has lost significant part of their value over these years and then government prints more money making it even down.Rest your money in bank accounts is also facing the same inflation rates and you will get minimum in the name of bank interest. Moreover your funds are not yours and lying in their custody which they can anytime put restrictions on but bitcoin gives your financial freedom and returns as well.

is it too late to invest in bitcoin?
because I saw on the internet that bitcoin is currently experiencing an increase.
There were people back in 2015-16 who said we missed the boat when prices were very low so this is not a new concept but for me when you think of investing in it it's the best time keeping in mind you have long term holding without selling in future dips and that will be profitable for you.You must be aware about the market risk and invest what you can afford to loose a friendly advice to you.But keep faith and patience you won't regret it.

Even if you have invested at $20k and holding for 5+ years you will get lot of returns say we hit the ATH of $68k also then also you will gain much out of your investment so don't think too much.

But remember investing is one part and keeping it securely for all these years is also hard task so best is to use hardware wallets if you can and read about them here or non custodial wallets like Electrum which don't save your keys. You need to backup your seed phrase on offline storage safely which is key to unlock your funds and must not be shared with anyone ever.So remember these things after investing as there are lot of people who keep funds on Centralised exchange like Binance but don't do such mistakes and keep funds with your custody.

and whether my decision is right or not, to invest in bitcoin?
You won't regret it once you make the choice of investing in bitcoin  Wink
