The best advice is to follow coin that you want to invest for some time and understand how it works and if it is some possibilities to pump price in near months, after that you are able to invest in alts.

If you want to invest in ICO please select the most reliable one. Try to study about that ICO and check if it is genuine or just a scam. Because more ICO today are just a scam. You must look at its whitepaper also. Try to read the comments from other investors in their telegram. And see if their are lot of participants also.

Read the bitcoin whitepaper. And research all of the top coins on coinmarketcap. You need to know what is already out there to have an informed opinion on if a new project is revolutionary or copycat.

Research what ICOs have been very successful in the past. Try and identify what the common themes are in the successful ICOs. You'll need to look at what pain the project is trying to solve, how good their team looks to me, what the token mechanics are, % distribution etc.

If you think it's going to be an easy way to make a quick buck, think again. There are so many ICOs now, many of them scams/overvalued/doomed to fail you will lose money.

It can be VERY profitable if you are good at doing research, so I would recommend taking the time.

Hi.!!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Speaking from personal experience, I highly recommend that folks buying bitcoin start with an extremely small amount… that is, just a small fraction of a bitcoin. Just please make sure not to invest more than you can afford to lose. Smiley good lucky.

Hello, any suggestions and advices in investing in ICO's?

If it has an ICO, you shouldn't invest.  Some non-ICO investments you may want to learn more about might be BTC/LTC/XMR/RVN.

First, do research on Ico that you want to buy,
Second, invest only an amount that you can afford to lose.

Try reading through this forum, I am also new in cryptocurrency, so it is better to know what you are getting involved to before doing any investments. Investment requires risk and money, so it is better to make your own research before doing something. You can find reliable information here in this forum, so just feel free to scan through each thread.

Hello, any suggestions and advices in investing in ICO's?

I would like to suggest that you are about to lose your money. Almost all ICO's are scams. Read until you understand why you don't want them. At that point you will be in a position to make better choices.

Hello, any suggestions and advices in investing in ICO's?
  • Do your own research. Don't invest in something because somebody told you to.
  • Research the offering thoroughly.
  • Most ICOs are going to fail. If the information doesn't explain in detail how the business works and how it plans to succeed, then it probably won't.
  • There are a lot of scams. If the promoters focus more on the returns than the business, then it is probably a scam.
  • Not every idea is a good idea or can become a sustainable business.
  • Evaluate the risk. 99% of these ICOs are going to fail. Make sure the reward is great enough to justify the risk.
  • Don't be afraid of missing out. There are plenty of opportunities, even after rejecting 90% of them.
  • Invest like a professional.

For example:

I would suggest you to invest in DeepOnion.
Check https://DeepOnion.org
We have airdrop too. Check for eligibility rules. The best privacy coin out there.

Don't invest in DeepOnion just because this newbie said to. In fact, I would stay away from DeepOnion simply because it is promoted by newbies.

Hello, any suggestions and advices in investing in ICO's?

Just to tell you, buddy. If you have to ask random strangers on what to invest in, then investing might not be for you. If you want to invest, you have to spend hours upon hours on multiple coins/tokens/ICOs to properly decide on what to invest in.
