Pretty much this, but if you lose, it doesn't mean it wasn't your day; it means you had a perfectly average day because gambling is supposed to be unfair. It's how they make money.

The reason why I don't particularly think that betting is worth it is that most everyone who is betting also knows their stuff, so the games that have a high percentage of winning have pretty horrible odds (1.02:1). Once in a while, a good team screws up and you're left with little to nothing.

You should know the consequences before you start gambling.
You cannot always win when you gamble, is not it? You are not always lucky all the time because you might sometimes win and sometimes lose. And only bet what you can afford to lose.
It is not the house fault, it is your own fault because you do not know when to stop.

Messed around with some faucets some time ago. Attempt 1: managed to multiply at 15x. Attempt 2: managed to multiply it 50x. Then found some left-overs from a trade going wrong on an exchange and decided to stake it on a gambling site. It was an amount of 0,009 and reasoned that multiplying it 15 to 50 times could result in 0,0135 to 0,045 BTC. Staked all at 90% winning chance and rolled the dice: *zap*, balance 0,0.

Long story short and a sentence that has probably been said more times than there are grains of sand in a desert; don't bet more than you can or willing to lose ... !

i lost a lot of times decent amounts of bitcoins too and i though that i was going to stop gambling for the rest of my life though if a new game comes out i usually try it and again loose money

The problem is people are always overly optimistic about gambling. They thought that with a little bit of luck they will become rich and lose only a little money in the process.

That is why you always have to gamble not to win, but to lose. I know how that sound, but with this mindset your gambling loses won't hurt you so much.

Not to mention that you gamble with your spare money. Not with your every assets.

You need a break away from gambling buddy. We all have hot streaks & shitty streaks, don't get emotional about either extreme. The bookies/casinos win MOST of the time.

Just take some time away from gambling, do some fun stuff in RL & return when you're ok.
