Not exactly a bad idea, but if you need my opinion, I would rather you split your funds, and make mor investments for yourself. You might want to hold on to a part of the bitcoin, whatever part you are comfortable with, while you invest the other parts in altccoins that you truly trust and believe in to give you value for your money over time.
I think it is too early to invest in altcoins, it is better to leave PAA in bitcoin. Even in the near future the price will fall, then you can buy part.

true, keeping bitcoin is the right choice. because bitcoin has the best selling value among all altcoins. if you really want to do business other than bitcoin, you should build a business place in the real world with the capital you have because by building a business you can earn profits in every month. this will be safe because that manages you.

I read an article where someone mentioned how you could grow your income by converting your BTC to altcoins and I really buy the idea, although I believe that you shouldn't totally convert all your BTC to altcoins.
