First of all, you're at the wrong section. This section is for trading topics only. Just go to Service->Lending. You're a newbie and asking for loan. You're not qualified for loan application because you have no valid collateral. If you are at a higher rank like senior member rank. I think you can offer your account as valid collateral. But you're just a newbie. Just give a valid collateral.

Congrats mate, soon you'll be tagged "newbie ask for loan without collateral". You cant just give your identity to make sure others that you will repay the loan. Give valid collateral or stop asking loan, the only two options for you.
