There are other sites like those are the two big trusted ones. Depending on how good you are jumping through hoops and what country you are operating from you could probably use a couple of exchanges to produce the same thing although it might take longer and probably will take longer.

In the U.S. I trust Coinbase most. They are a serious business that offers a full spectrum of services. Just don't do anything stupid like trying to hide your identity. If you link to your bank account then buying is very straight forward and simple.

ID verification can't be Troublesome and take time I wouldn't expect them to be done Within 24 hours. There is a site called Virwox that turned out to be very expensive, could be a little bit confusing, although it can't be quicker than the first two options you've mentioned.

If you need the bitcoins quickly, localbitcoins and paxful... yes. Coinbase... a solid no. They will take your money quickly but withdrawing will take ages. They also have an uncanny habit of responding to your tickets after days or even weeks. Some don't even hear back for a month or longer. Just read the reviews and the mountain of complaints on their facebook and twitter accounts.
Their coffers are probably brimming with coins and fiat but they are ethically bankrupt. Unaddressed complaints. Notoriously oblivious customer service, with zero affect for the many customers who want their locked money back.
You can also buy from trusted members here who have dedicated buy/sell threads of their own. Most of them have a nice healthy green trust rating and you can trade with them with peace of mind.

There are several places where you can take care of that. If it hasn't already been mentioned there is of course paxful and localbitcoins.com, these provide Bitcoin for you with it probably 2 hours to put it on how you're paying for them, the sites provide escrow for your security, and setting up your account is very quick without any major Hoops to jump through as far as ID verification stuff like that.

You are only limited in Coins.ph if you don't verified yourself with I.D and Selfie you could only buy $46.41 for a level 1 account and I know it is only a merchant in the Philippines correct me if I'm wrong.
Coins.ph is limited, if you're Filipino maybe yes use this one.

Yes there are many sites to buy bitcoins. Try to sign up for Coins.ph there you can buy bitcoins and put directly and immediately to your wallet. There is also coinbase if you want.

Thank you all for your replys. I was using Coinbase but they are saying I have to wait 8 days for my Bitcoins to be released into my Coinbase account even though my account has been verified for a while now and even though I have sent coins to their exchange, sold them, and had them sent to my bank and my account is verified and everything. I needed to purchase just $50 in coins by Sunday to get a deal on a product I need to ordered from a website that only excepts Bitcoins for whatever reason. So I'm just trying to find a place where I can buy my coins instantly so I can get my supplements at a discount for the holiday weekend sale on the site I'm purchasing from. Just trying to find a place to buy my coins instantly, transfers my coins into my wallet, and send them to customer service to get my deal.
