It might look that way to you but to me definitely no , because ico does not in anyway affect the ico of eth to dip but add value to it cause investors must buy eth to be able to buy ico and that give it more chance to add value but naturally the dip is met to happen as we all know that market is in bearish mode.

Exactly, ethereum will rise again although mostly altcoins these days are falling I think of the recovery will happen in crypto. It is just normal we really do worried for our coins we invest. However, we already seen market condition is not good let us be patient these days.
