Maybe, the OP read from outside that someone can earn from joining campaigns. However, being a newbie here, is not favorable on his part as there are no signature campaigns accepting newbie. So before he can realize his objective, he needs to follow those above suggestions. While earning his way up, better look around and learn more about crypto. And who knows, he can venture into mining, staking or farming which may give him more income than waiting to be eligible for campaign. There are so many hidden gems in this forum, he just needs to look around.

Many members already give the threads you need to read it's all about yours if you are trying to understand and read that given information, the merit system prevents the spammers to rank up immediately and join to the campaigns. The forum consists of different information and experiences of other members related to the crypto world, you can use this to your journey to this forum, its not all about the campaign there are members getting active, and got merit that's the reason they rank up immediately. You are a newbie and of course, you want to earn merit but please avoid getting copy-paste from the internet without a proper link just to make sure it looks like constructive to get merit. We want a knowledgeable member, not a shit poster.

OP is inactive for almost 2 months. His first post was on Bounty thread. He also applied to OgNasty's Merit Giveaway thread. So I think it's a Bounty Hunter's alt account who is participating in the bounty using another account. My ideas may be wrong. However, there is no benefit to give advice to OP because he is inactive.

Sometimes lately I've been wondering to myself, about the behavior of beginners who are a little unsettling, imitation beginners aka Alt often appear, it's as if they don't understand everything on this forum and make the topic just disappear, whether there is interest or something being snooped on or that's their nature.

I really have to monitor their game in the future, which are real beginners and which are fake/Alt beginners.

Did you read the previous post just above yours that op already abandoned the thread and welcoming op is useless unless op is going to get active anytime soon. You have a decent advise but you yourself didn't do it well. It seems that you are shilling the 1xbit platform as shown in your lost history. I would suggest that you shouldn't play on 1xbit if you don't want to experience issues or problems in that site. Many participants in their campaign got negative trust or red tag.

First of all welcome to this forum but this is a discussion forum not an organisation where you came to work but most probably your source have told you that you can join Bounty campaigns here with your account related to Twitter and other social media bounties.You have just registered 4 months back and have made less than 7-8 posts and out of them 3 are for bounty enrollment and one to sign message by @Ognasty and the last this one and you which clearly shows that you have made an account just to earn bounty rewards but sorry my friend this is wrong perception.The word "Discussion" means the primary motive is to have btc and crypto related discussions here on this forum and you will not earn anything as well if you have same thinking.
This forum doens't work for campaign but just to have a good and knowledgeable discussion among all the members and in the meantime you can get paid for the signature you are wearing and that also if you have achieved certain limits like merit and rank specified for that campaign.

I do not agree with you. The main basis of the forum is to study Bitcoin. Merit is not a basic basis. You can get merit if you post very well. But it is a post that helps the members of the forum. You must do research on this topic. You must read the rules of the forum and follow the rules. Everyone in the forum will help. Post what you don't know. Someone will help you the most.

As most of the replies above my reply should have made you understand that this forum is not meant only for bounty campaigns and earning money. let me again rephrase it in the simplest way. If you want to grow in this forum you first need to learn and help others. Gradually you will get ranked and then you can think about earning.

Do not jump straight away into bounty hunting as you will earn nothing but you will work like a donkey.

There’s no specific rule against it, but it does seem like it is being done with exceedingly frequency. Other forums explicitly require you to introduce yourself, but that is not something that has a requirement nor a tradition here. My local board has a thread for these cases, but it is place in the equivalent of off-topic (even Reputation, although it is not someone would do as a Beginner), which might be perhaps a more adequate place, especially if it becomes a habit in this section.

Merit is the main foundation of this forum. So I will try to best. I believe every senior brother will help us. we should follow every rules of this forum.

This is what newbies mostly ask after creating a new account in this forum about how to earn merits, how to rank up. My guess is that they are introduced to bitcointalk forum that the forum generates a bitcoin and reward it to the participants which is not. This may be harsh but it's true and this forum is not entirely made for earning but for learning and sharing.

I complain about the way newbies are perceived in the forum as bounty hunters and spammers. And it is newbies like you who give us a bad name. Every topic by a newbie is connected to campaign or merit. There are good opportunities here other campaigns.

 Don't think about campaigns  because in your rank  you couldn't apply any campaigns because they have rules to be followed . one of this id all about  ranking most of all campaigns their qualifications is Sr.Member rank. But some of them are Full Member.

At first you are welcomed to bitcointalk community, and it's nice from my perspective to join a community of digital currency, based on a campaign you portray, i really want to throw an insight towards it, at first campaign should not be the major criteria or reason while you are here, because focusing on a campaign alone will make you not to grab other relevant things of cryptocurrency, using myself as a reference, when i joined forum in 2020 june i never knew that signature campaign is in existence while all my intension while i joined is to learn perfectly about cryptocurrency and most especially trading industry, i think as a newbie you have to focus on how to bring the images of account my Making a potential topics and response.

The only rules and regulations of merit i know vividly is abuse of merit system or misused of merit system, by exchanging merit from one person to another in order to be elevated, so the aspect of earning merit, it's obvious that a merit is a reward of a post that are quality, so to know a quality post, is the process whereby your response or suggestions portray to a thread is meaningful to the sight or understandable to a reader, and it's not necessary that quality post comes from topic, it might come from a response as i said initially.

After Bitcoin created a new ATH this year and also because of pandemic a lot of new members have joined this forum. Since you asked I have seen many members here are senior members. How can I get it? , I assume you have been part of of other cryptocurrency forum like ATT or cryptotalk. But, let me remind you shit post as well as shit topics created by you will not get you ranked here.

To get ranked you have to create topics & post reply that are not plagiarized. Keep in mind that whatever you write here should benefit everyone and that everything is related to the development of this forum. If you do so, members here will award merit that will help you to get ranked on BTT.

The forum's purpose is not mainly for campaigns only, there are a lot more complicated matter that are handled here. In terms of ranking, you can rank up through merits wherein you can gain some through posting relevant posts and useful information in it.   If you really want to be successful and improve your position here, you should make yourself much more knowledgeable not only about crypto but also about the forum rules. It might save a life someday and also you should pay attention to the importance of ranking when it comes to the amount of profit you can get from campaigns.

Please stop seeing this site as an earning platform to work at.

As for signature campaigns. If you want to participate in one that pays decently, then you've got a long road ahead of you. As with any job you'll need to build up your experience, and demonstrate to the signature campaign managers that you would be a good investment as a advertiser. This usually means that your account is established for a few years, and makes quality, and well thought out posts.

My guess would be; these days most users would expect to be eligible for a Bitcoin paying signature campaign around the 3 years mark since there's so much competition, and the fact that you would need to establish yourself on the forum before hand.

Assuming you mean signature campaigns, they are hard to enter because of the membership requirements (mainly starting from Senior Members onwards) and there are many applicants before the Campaign Managers choose them.

The forum core function still maintains, as a Bitcoin discussion but there are some other subforums as well.

To rank up, you must gain Merit points which are given by other members for informative/ helpful posts in addition to Activity (time spent on the forum). More details below:

The forum doesn't actually work for the campaign. It's an information center. But there are some poor countries here that have some airdrops for them. So that they get some money.
