Have you known something with all these features?
I am not sure about  inheritage transfer, but everything else you are asking should be available in Foundation Passport and in Keystone hardware wallets.
There is also a chance of having most of this features available in Onekey devices, but their devices is not something I would recommend.
You can also check out Krux code with Maix Amigo devices, this is the cheapest DIY option.

Full list of open source HW signing devices with links can be found in one of my topics:

You can also use Nunchuk wallet with hardware wallets to achieve what you want.
List of wallets that have inheritance feature can be found here:

Any open source hardware wallet that you can connect with Electrum should be able to do that. Or you can use Electrum on an airgapped device.

Foundation Passport is an open source wallet which is airgapped and you can connect it with Electrum.

Passport may be paired with  Electrum only via PSBT file. Unfortunately Electrum don't allow to connect Passport via QR code, and frankly, I don't know why,  I would advocate Sparrow  for pairing with Passport via QR code.  Regarding Passport itself, your recommendation is a good one  as this device  fits almost  all (except 5thclause) OP's needs. I would do the same.

For criteria 5, it's tricky since you need to hardware wallet which support address with custom spending condition (for inheritance feature). You should start by researching hardware which support miniscript, such as Jade, ColdCard MK4 or BitBox02.

Hi

I am looking for a wallet (i would prefer to say "keyholder") that

1) is hardware wallet

2) is opensource

3) is air-gapped

4) is non-custodial

5) is able to run inheritage transfer (a btc can be automatically send to another addres after a specific number of blocks, or similar)

Have you known something with all these features?

Thank you
