It's alive!!!

The first buy order is completed at Cryptohopper

According to the selling settings, the take profit order will be placed when the coin will gain +4%

I have also added some more coins to watch. Now I have the maximum allowed on the Adventurer plan which is 50

Cryptohopper bot still did not buy anything yet even after I have edited the setting with the help of platform support.

Today I have picked another strategy called "Buy the Dip", let's see if this will help us to move forward. (The bot is already running for 1 week with ZERO actions performed so far)

It nice you provided the trading statistics of your account on the binance despite the details not intact with the bot screen shot you provide but i have question for you. How long have you been using the trading bot because the last time i checked 90% of all trading bot work faultlessly within a month and later malfunction after some successful trade.

I have started to test out the Bitsgap bot a year ago and was testing if for about 6 months with regular reports (you can find them here: https://tradingbot.info/category/results/bitsgap/)
After that, I have also tried Tradesanta and Quadency (these are all web-based bot trading services.) Now I also try Cryptohopper (which is one of the most popular bot services) and will be posting my results here and in my blog.

but it would be nice to see order statistics on the Binance exchange itself.

any statistics can be faked

Looks like a dead end Smiley

Anyways, there are 1182 pages of orders bot has completed during the past 3 months, so I am not sure that anyone would like to go through all of them Smiley

Let me share my most successful experience so far. With Bitsgap trading bot I was able to generate around 30% of profit in 215 days. The starting balance was 0.4 BTC and the amount I finished with was 0.517 BTC. Feel free to read my final report for more details.
As I mentioned in before, right now the only bot I am actively testing is Cryptohopper, which I launched two days ago. So my next post here will be about this bot, it’s settings and first results.

As I understand it, all your screenshots are screenshots of the platform with bots, but it would be nice to see order statistics on the Binance exchange itself.

I am very suspicious of this kind of thing, any statistics can be faked. Therefore, it would be nice to see the history of orders of the exchange itself, and not a platform with bots.

As mentioned in my first post, Bitsgap right now is the only service that I have tested, happy with, and continue using.

Just wanted to share the results of my current bots running there.

STORJ/BTC
GNT/BTC
POWR/BTC

These are my three favorite pairs that you also could try with any grid bot service. They showed the best results during my 6-month Bitsgap testing and keep showing pretty nice profit.

My first Cryptohopper bot was launched several days ago with one of the default strategies offered by the service. And guess what? It did not make any deals so far!

As per Cryptohopper support proposal I will now modify the setting manually to make them less strict and allow bot to buy coins more often.

RSI Oversold threshold will be changed to 25
Bollinger Bands Deviation upper band will be changed now to 1.8

Let's see if this will push the bot forward.

No matter the results that are  obviously income of thorough testing I don't trust bots and don't think they can be very useful in trading. Maybe as kind of guidlines or just for fun but I would never rely on bots when trading, I prefere manual process so I'm not convinced but maybe some users here will get interested.

If you have enough expertise, time and willing - then manual trading is a better (and probably more profitable) option for sure. I have tried to day trade and found that this is not for me. To do it right you need to invest a lot of time in reading the charts and by the end of the day this whole action can drive you crazy Smiley Bots are making a lot of small trades and generate small profits. They would be useful for people who understand that due to the high crypto volatility it is easy to make money on trading, but don't want to waste life on checking the charts and prices 24/7.

OP just shares his stats that can be served as a good basis for those who want to test how bots work.

In a technical aspect, it's good to use bots when we think doing it manually isn't that effective or to somehow test our own algorithm.

I'm more of manual trading too but I'm amazed at these people conducting tests on how to use BOT and show results of what they achieved.

and where are your reports?)
Make a habit of reading posts made in a thread and don't rush for questions just because you want to make a post. Anyways he actually linked the reports if you carefully read it, I will give the directly link for your ease - https://tradingbot.info/results/bitsgap/final-bitsgap-bot-report

As I mentioned in before, right now the only bot I am actively testing is Cryptohopper, which I launched two days ago. So my next post here will be about this bot, it’s settings and first results.
Yeah it would be great to know what kind of results that generates and glad to see some serious testing.

On a personal note, I am not a big fan of bots and I always prefer manual trading but if your reports are to be trusted and as they look, you might be changing my mind and a lot of other traders because bots can be good too.

Hey Guys,

My experience with cryptocurrency trading bots has started almost one year ago. During this time I have tested several automated solutions and plan to keep doing this in the future.

In this thread, I am going to share some of my results. Hope that this information will help you to get more details about trading bot solutions presented on the market and the amount of profit that they could generate.

I also write a blog (tradingbot.info) with detailed performance reports and bot trading related articles, so you are welcomed to check it.

This is my experience so far:

  • One of the bots that I am happy with and keep it running: Bitsgap
  • This bot was able to make a solid profit: Cryptohopper
  • The bots that I have tested with no luck to get any good results: TradeSanta and Quadency
  • DCA trading bot experiment: 3Commas
  • Free of charge bot: Pionex
  • Social trading platform: Shrimpy
  • Trading signal provider: Zignaly
  • Internal exchange free bot: KuCoin
  • Internal exchange free bot: Gate.io
  • Automated trading algos: Mudrex

Here I will try to share my results on a daily basis and will also post links to the full reports published in my blog.

If you want me to test out any web-based bot solution, then feel free to leave its name here.

P.S. For Reddit users I have also created a channel where we can discuss all trading bot-related questions. Feel free to join: https://www.reddit.com/r/TradingBotInfo/
