If I had as many kids as I have Bitcoins, I would have had to rely on government support to feed them and keep them safe. Or I would have had to sell some of them to afford the rest. ^hmf^
I have no real sentiment towards my Bitcoins, if I need to sell them, they get sold very quickly. I do hodl most of them in cold storage, but the rest is just a tool to get things done.

i always take good care of my babies, cause i love them and sometimes i sell my kids to buy new alt-kids just to keep a mixed family of different colors

For me, I just treat my bitcoins as an online currency and buying things (mostly digital goods) for BTC is just fun for me I don't buy even a single dollar in BTC, I just earn them online (by sig. or faucets) for free, so I don't quite treasure them.

I don't treat my Bitcoins like kids. I spend mine frequently, send them off to exchanges and other investment sites throughout the webs, and even gamble them away when I'm feeling lucky. All in all, my Bitcoin are expendable to me.
