We have all gone through that period and can understand it is kind of annoying, but the system is there to prevent people signing up new accounts to spam the forum with posts and PMs.
Just open another tab on your browser to do whatever you want, and come back to bitcointalk to make your post after 6 minutes.

And so you shouldn't rush to make your post. As I said, just open another tab to read some news or watch some cat videos, and come back afterwards.

I'd suggest you simply copy each message before posting and try again after some time whenever you fail to post.
If you lose a post due to the limit, a draft will be saved.

It is much easier and better to use google search with site:bitcointalk.org.
That is good idea. I just search on Google and I get the results what I wanted. You can use bitcointa.lk , it has good search engine.

The Forum's rules. The new users are restricted to 360 seconds 2 weeks after your posts to 15 can be limited to 90 Seconds.

It's because you have the status 'brand new', when you become 'newbie' you can post faster. The higher the rank, the shorter the waiting time.
No, that's not correct, the limitations for "Brand New" and "Newbie" are the same.
