Hi !
Am really sorry for you loss I would like to advice you few things to consider:

Please try and file a Public Interest Ligation against the casino since this would help them take this matter a bit seriously.
The owner is offline as well therefore I do not think that you can actually expect much as well. It is not really a big matter, the casino is moreover*might be a scam, might not be a scam*
Please reach out to other people on the forum as well to help them change their reviews, of the casino as well.

Here I found a lot of useful tips from really knowledgeable and experienced people, thank you!!! I found several sites where I also left a review and now I'm waiting for what all this will lead to. Thank you for your concern about my problem! It's very nice to see that people are trying to help each other. You don't know me at all as a person, but you gave me so much advice and support!!!

Guys from the Bitcointalk forum! I can't put into words what just happened. After two months of endless nerves and worries, I was finally contacted and my money was returned!!! I have no words to thank you properly. I'm new here, but you treated me patiently and kindly and helped solve my problem!!! I'm immensely happy that justice has prevailed and I'm grateful to those who decided to show compassion and patience. From now on, I'll always read reviews about casinos before playing there (as I was advised by many here) and I'll carefully approach the choice of a casino. Thank you all!!!

I think what the Op can do is do what efialtis tells and lock this thread and reopen it to provide updates regarding the progress of the case he is experiencing.

This would be ideal, but taking into account that he is brand new in this forum, chances are that we never hear from him again (I hope I'm wrong!).

On the other hand, the amount he has "lost" isn't a fortune, fortunately, but what would happen if the amount was bigger? Go to trustworthy, well known casinos next time: at least you will have more chances to get in touch with someone from support.

In Search of Incredible
Surprising, but I'm not surprised! Because, the complaint is against a casino which is operated by Dama N.V. The history of Dama N.V. operated casinos aren't good at all. Recently we have seen so many complaints against Winz.io casino which is operated by the same license operator, I'm a victim of their shady rules too. Dama N.V. operated casinos block the withdrawal of the user without any valid reason, then they force the users to verify their identity. Their customer service quality is bad too.

Anyway, try to reach efialtis as he has come forward to help you out. Hopefully he will be able to help you out as he is the owner of the well known affiliate site BTCGOSU. Casino will take his email/message seriously.

Try Gunbot for a month go to -> https://gunbot.ph
2 months is quite a very long time towards not being able to withdraw your money from the casino.

Upon checking their website, have you tried this? [1]. You will be directed towards a site called AskGamblers[2]

I'm not sure how much that could help you but maybe it's worth a shot.

IMO 14036 DOGE isn't a reasonable amount if you want to take legal action against MBit Casino, I feel sorry for your losses.
It's still a big amount though for an individual. I'm not sure for you but that's already big. I think as long as they can cover that, they would be okay. They were operating since 2014, so I'm not sure why they would want to tarnish their image with that.

I'm not familiar with the casino but upon checking their site, it was established in 2014. Checking it as well in BTCGOSU[3]

I am sorry for your loss but most probably you won't see that 14000 Doge coin again, even if you take legal action I doubt you will win anything against them. You have done the same mistake as many other people who post threads like this one and they have all one thing in common, they rush to play without doing their due search for the casino they want to play at.You have learned the hard way but from now on take some time to read through the ANN threads of all the casinos in this very section and see which one has the best reviews and has not scammed anyone, then go play there with peace of mind.Again sorry for your loss.

Always Act Smart and Play Safe With Your Funds
would you mind sharing any evidence/screenshots supporting your claim? I am not saying that you are lying but including your evidence supporting your claims on a scam accusation or complaint would definitely help your case to be supported by the forum members.

From the investigation their support representative was not active and sharing screenshot would have helped but at this point at hand if he shares those screenshot would anyone help him getting his funds without team members looking into his cases?
Well if he feels to share better for him but at least before drawing up the case there should be a feedback from any of there representative/customer service.

This is what happening in every thread basically in gambling board. Sometime I read the post and smile actually what they are saying. Smiley
If there are more than one similar case, the comments are same for that cases in different topic by an individual. Don't bother to read previous comments.

MBit casino guys aren't really active on this forum so its unlikely that they will see your request.

They seem to be active on twitter: https://twitter.com/mbitcasino so try making some noise there they will have to respond eventually.

They aren't active because they have ongoing scam accusations that they're avoiding.

They know about this and are avoiding it on purpose because they used to be active on the forum before the shitstorm started. They even had a signature campaign here for a while.
They got negative trusted in 2018 and were posting after that but have not addressed the problem, so they know what's up and choose to ignore it.

i don't think the OP can resolve his problem. i am seeing that just move on from this disappointing experience from mbit. if the site will be willing to pay, they have at least responded on him. unfortunately, they are also not active in this forum, so hard to get answers also. the amount is not worth pursuing a case. a lesson learned, better play on reputable sites that you can find in the forum, with at least active thread and support.

Getting a player to write up a bad review is the last thing that casino management wants to hear. They have their reputation to consider after all.

However, there are some facts here that should be noted. First off, the player has not been banned from the casino. That means that he or she can still get his money. Secondly, the player is not being accused of cheating or otherwise breaking the rules. So, it is possible that there was some sort of misunderstanding between the player and staff at the casino or the player simply has to wait a little longer until his case is resolved.

The best thing to do is to stay in contact with the casino and ask them what happened. @ambilianburnet, when was the last time you got a response from the casino? What was the gist of that communication if you can share with us?

If the site is not responsive then probably, there’s a problem with their support and they have to address that because you might not the only gambler affected by this.

Its very uncommon for two months not and yet they have no response, I’m not familiar with this site and I wonder why you play on this site OP. Their representative is here but it can be useless as well because they are not active, we can’t help you that much and we can only help to warn other gamblers with regards to your situation OP. Just keep contacting them and if there’s a response already, you can also update us. Give more evidence to strengthen this accusation, that might help.

They're not active in the forum anymore and I think it's because they must be active somewhere else. None of us will be able to help you except efialtis' offer to you.

Give it a shot and that's the reason why you shared that problem here.

Anyways, good luck. It may not be a lot for them but that's your winnings that you deserve to have.

To OP I guess it will be much more convincing if you can add at least the screenshot of your chat logs and emails you sent (cover the confidential info), the condition of your account, etc. only if available. Because anyone can come up a story and make a post, i don't say that you're one of them but at least include those screenshots so people will be convinced how shitty the casino is regarding your issue.

Hi,

while we have not been doing a whole lot with Mbit Casino, we can definitely try to help. Since I do not want to share my email right here, please visit our website and use the contact form if you are ready to try. To begin with, your username on the site as well as some information on what happened/status quote will suffice.
Considering that OP is a newbie who doesn't know much on this forum (where website URL can be seen), maybe you can add the URL of your website where he can send those info you're asking to get help.

The thing is, I sometimes gamble. Not very often, just to have fun after my working day. I've been playing at MBit Casino
I can’t withdraw my winnings for more than 2 MONTHS.

Good you brought this issue here into notice so people can be aware of what is going , maybe if there are other people in this forum that is equally making use of the platform MBit they can testify as well. Base on your explanation that you have given them up till two months is really a enough time for such an issues related to Withdrawal to get resolved. We have had a lot of people that has this issues of some betting platform inability to process withdrawals and withholding customers funds after numerous wins and in their attempts to make a withdrawal of their funds.

Their representative in this forum mBit Casino wasn't online since last year, so you can't expect anything in this forum. Moreover he already got negative feedback (to show if the user have a problem of financial related), but he doesn't have any flag.

You can provide all the proof and I would add a flag type 1 on his account.

IMO 14036 DOGE isn't a reasonable amount if you want to take legal action against MBit Casino, I feel sorry for your losses.

It's a pity that the MBit representative hasn't been on this forum for so long. I really hope that they'll still listen to my complaint, as I didn't expect such a situation. I truly look forward to them fixing the problem and I'm ready to provide proof! I have all the necessary screenshots where I won the amount, wrote to the support, to the mail and so on! They have to understand that I won't leave it so easily. No one has the right to treat people like that. MBit, we're your players! We make deposits, participate in tournaments, like your posts on social networks! You can't just keep ignoring me, it's not fair! I'll never spend money in your casino again and I don't want to have anything to do with you. But I won't let you ignore me, I want my money back! I repeat: I can provide all the necessary evidence of my rightness! They just need to listen to me!

You play on the wrong gambling site, why don't you find out first the reputation of the gambling site before you play there.

Mbitcasino, has a series of accusations on this forum, it's not good, many Mbit users are victims.
