I've used binanace wallet, viabtc always says: "submission are beyond limit", transaction is still pending
So, be sure to check them out before 00:00 time. Check also the fees if they're cheaper because it fluctuates and you'll never know if later on if it gets confirmed. And there's nothing you can do now but to wait it gets confirmed by the miners based on the rate/fee that's paid when the transaction was sent.
Best thing is to proceed the bot checker/captcha on 00:59 then press the submit button on 00:00 of course with a look of clock/watch with seconds. That's i did last time and i guess i was the first one who submitted based on the remaining #s which is 98 idk the other one lol.
Yes, that's the best thing to do when you're trying to include your TXID on the next hour. Because when I've done that, I remember that on the exact 00:00, there were already a lot of free slots that have been taken. Not just even a minute that has passed and that's why many are also monitoring the free accelerator from viabtc.

About the confirmation, as soon as the green note (success message) is shown in viabtc's page, next time viabtc mined a block matic your transaction will be included and get one confirmation.
That's like the notification of success and validation that your transaction will be confirmed very soon. LOL.
Btw, the transaction fees are getting lower as for checking it right now. We've got 43 sats/vB for the high priority based on mempool.space.

should I set to zero confirmation?
Never set it to zero confirmation.
Unconfirmed transactions aren't final and can be replaced whenever the buyer intends to.

Then I switched to sellix.io and there is similar problem, they do have some shitty support but he is telling me to wait for weeks lol
Just consider it as a way to save fees on your next payout more than their intended "wait for a lower average fee".
By waiting for other payments to accumulate and be included in that payout,
you'll be saving fees by receiving those all in one payout rather than two or more separate payouts. (considering that the service is legit)

They have a nice explanation in their support page, here: help.sellix.io/en/articles/4805595-scheduled-and-instant-payouts

Like the above said Viabtc has 100 limits if you see the free submission as 0 and you did submit your TXID this error will pop up.

You need to wait for another 1hour for another free submission.
So you need to check them from time to time.
Here's the technique sample the time today as forum time 11:51 go back to the Viabtc accelerator at 11:59 and keep refreshing the page until you see that the free submission refilled before you submit your TXID.

I've used binanace wallet, viabtc always says: "submission are beyond limit", transaction is still pending
It's because every hour there's only 100 free submissions allowed by viabtc and with this time when the network is clogged, it's no doubt why it's always empty within the first few minutes of it because everyone does submits when the timer is reset. So, be sure to check them out before 00:00 time. Check also the fees if they're cheaper because it fluctuates and you'll never know if later on if it gets confirmed. viabtc says: "submission are beyond limit" and paid costs much more then I need to receive
ViaBTC displays this message when they have reached their limit on submissions per hour, take note that ViaBTC has a limit of transactions they accept per hour, and it is set at 100. If you have met other requirements to use the free accelerator, wait for the start of each hour and submit your transaction id immediately, the network is so congested and so many people are lining up to be sumit their tx id, so if you are not fast you cannot get in for now.
I've used binanace wallet
Binance wallet is a custodial wallet, so unfortunately you cannot do CPFP.

I can't even ask anyone to increase fees or resend if it will be purged.
Did you use a non-custodial wallet for receiving the fund?
If so, you can use CPFP method to make the transaction confirmed fast. In CPFP method, you can spend the fund received in the unconfirmed transaction in a new transaction with high fee, so that miners include both transactions in the same block.
I don't know how much you received in the unconfirmed transaction. So, maybe it's not worth to use CPFP.

As mentioned above by BitMaxz, you may be able to use ViaBTC free accelerator too.

If you can't/don't want to use CPFP and you can't use ViaBTC free accelerator, I recommend you to export the raw transaction, so that you are able to rebroadcast the transaction by yourself, if it's purged.
(This is assuming they haven't spent the same coins in another transaction and your transaction is still valid)

For exporting the raw transaction, just enter your transaction ID on mempool.space and click on "Transaction hex".

I never heard of sellix.io before I checked their site and it seems that you can set your own rules about the transaction. Have you set the rules to zero confirmation before the product is delivered to the customers?

Do you have any contact with your customer? You can maybe ask him about the TXID and try to rebroadcast the transaction and use the Viabtc accelerator to accelerate the transaction.

I find it strange that they made you wait weeks until the transaction was cancelled.  It would have been fair to inform you of this information before they sent the transaction.  The Bitcoin network is going through a difficult period and it is clear that they know it.  I won't assume they are scammers since they posted and sent you the explanation after the cancellation.
Now you have four options:
-Request to resend the transaction with an increase in the value of the fees in line with the current rate.
- Request to resend the transaction with low fees then you use CPFP feature in your wallet to send unconfirmed outputs with higher fees. Make sure your wallet support this feature.
-Request to resend the same amount using another network.
- Wait for the network to come back to normal.

If there is a possibility of withdrawing to any altcoin, it is better for you to ask them about that, and since the automatic selling service asks users to wait for two weeks, it is a failure and you should not use it again.
Assuming that this service is not a scam, contact them calmly and they may be allowed to use any altcoin.

Fees are really high nowadays. Last block had a medium fee of 71 sat/vbyte, according to mempool.space ($10 fee for a 2 input, 2 output tx). Maybe tell them that you're ok with paying a higher fee and that you just want your coins (in case you are).
This is what's most like to happen to you OP, hope that you have checked on the service and told them exactly what @TryNinja recommended and hopefully you also update us about the issue because a lot of people have replied already saying the same thing, that's the least that you can do and if you still have a problem then you'll have a higher chances of resolving it if you updated this thread.

support told me this:
"After further review, it appears your payout has been delayed due to high cryptocurrency network fees. In order for us to ensure you get the most revenue out of your earnings, we delay payouts when cryptocurrency fees are higher than usual.
Therefore, you can wait for the cryptocurrency network fees to get low (hopefully throughout the week) in order to get paid"

lol, who else is waiting for btc transactions during weeks, wtf? What could be the problem??
There is no choice bro, you need to wait, there is congestion in the network and depending on the fee size used, you might be waiting a month or months. Such happened to me the last time a thing like this happened around June/July if am correct, I had to wait more than a month before I received my money. In layman's language, the transaction fee rose to almost $20 at that time, something that was about $0.03 a month before then. A similar event is happening again.

You might try to read more about the Bitcoin network fee to get yourself acquainted with it. And good use of "mempool.space" is another one to educate yourself about this.

Also, you might want to ask for the transaction ID if it was sent individually, and if the fee is about 18 sat/vb (around $0.9+) or more, you can use a free service of ViaBTC (https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator) to accelerate it.

Hello, I have been using one of the autobuy service for selling goods and receiving bitcoin, last 2 transaction was stuck and not confirmed, 2+ weeks passed.

I have switched to another  autobuy service and there is the same problem.

support told me this:

It seems the platform does not want to pay higher fee rate for your transaction and payouts for other users on their platform too. It sucks as a service, they would provide a better service.

But their answer about Bitcoin network congestion is true. Mempools are very heavy with expensive fee rates recent weeks when Ordinals, Inscriptions returned to actively mint and FOMO because Oridnals listed on Binance.
Listing announcement on 6 November 2023.

Inscriptions, Mempools and Miners
You can see two pages below and Ordinals are contributing a lot to Bitcoin expensive transaction fee last two weeks.

What site or platform is this autobuy service? Would you mind sharing the site here so that we know if the service is legit and if we can request help from them?

Is the auto buy service releasing the goods you sell without confirmation?
Most of the auto-buy service out there should require 3 confirmations before they release the product if your customer buys your product and then stuck the problem shouldn't be yours.

Tell your customer who bought goods from you using that platform and tell him/her to rebump the transaction if possible.

Hi, at first I have been using shoppy.gg, but their support was gone. I think it's abandoned, and no one cares even about its hosting. I can't even ask anyone to increase fees or resend if it will be purged.

That's really a common problem now, estimated btc fees as of writing cost $5, if the fees of the transaction you are concerned with is below of this digit, then probably you will be waiting another weeks or so lol.
Transactions are prioritized based on their fee rate (in sat/vbyte), not the total value of the fee.
It's possible that a transaction paying $5 worth of bitcoin as transaction fee has lower priority than a transaction paying $20 worth of bitcoin.
Yeah, i get that, it's just that a basic thing to say mentioning a fee instead in technical one. But it still somewhat that fee rate (in sat/vbyte) is proportional to a dollar based fee value, the higher the number in fee rate (in sat/vbyte) is higher cost im dollar. But of course, higher the fees are much more prioritize.

AFAIK, 14 days of unconfirmed transactions will eventually drop the transaction to the mempool.
If this does not push through might you wait because it will back to the sender which puts a risk for both sides parties including your reputation as a seller.

There's nothing you can do as of now because you've used an auto service which I think they are partnered with a custodial exchange so you can't increase the fee.  Next time always check the network status before making any transaction towards Bitcoin.
Here is the link on how to know the Bitcoin transaction status, https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,1w,fee.

I heard something like this before, withdrawals from autobuy shops fees are not prioritize, plus the network condition, could be a real problem.
