Seems to be very simple and contains still some parts of the template you used. Or why is there the following sentence: "Only .NET jobs"? I think the intersection of ".NET" and crypto is pretty small, although I may be wrong.
The locations/cities also seem only to cover the US, which is a lost opportunity, I think - crypto is international, so a crypto job portal should also not be limited to a single country.
Is there any demo job listing to look at, to know how the pages will look?
It's also by far not the first website of this type, you'll likely face tough competition. In Google I find several websites of this kind (crypto.jobs, cryptocurrencyjobs.co, cryptojobs.list etc.).
First of all, thank you so much for your reply! Very relevant.
The website is still very basic indeed. I actually pushed it on prod only today so that's why there are still some glitches. The sentence containing .NET has been replaced, it was indeed a oversight!
I could have developed it more and added more features to it but I first wanted to know if it was of any interests to anybody here. The look-by-locations feature was inherited from a previous job listing project and can definitely be removed if it does not suits people looking for cryptocurrencies jobs.
I actually hesitated to remove it before pushing it into prod.
I will add some examples for people to know how a job listing will look like.
You're also right when you say there are lots of other websites of this type. But AFAIK, they are all commercial products. Jobcoiner has at least one advantage : it's free. No intermediate. A bit like bitcoin, no? haha
I hate to break this to you but crypto is a niche job and you will have to expand to more than just crypto if you want your site to grow, make it like LinkedIn or those other sites that is the same as yours. Plus, people might even find the Services board of this forum much better since it's a direct to the employer.
I would be delighted to add more features and make jobcoiner looks like Linkedin but I first would like to know what direction would be the best for this project. I think being in a niche is not a bad idea but if the website gets more tractions by being general, I may head towards that direction instead
The aim here is to launch a POC to get reviews and opinions ASAP from the community
This is what you are doing so that's great! It's a shame there's nop more people like you on this world haha
