For the accelerator to work:

1. The transaction must not have unconfirmed parent. I will also add this to OP.
2. The size must not be more than 500 bytes. Your transaction is 490 bytes
3. The fee should not be less than 10 bytes (around 19 bytes for native segwit). Your transaction is 20.245 sat/byte, which is 40.162 sat/vbyte

You transaction has 3 inputs and 1 output. If it is just 1 input or 1 output more, it would have been greater than 500 bytes. But luckily not greater.

The transaction can be accelerated.

Ones I submit it, I will let you know.

But the mempool is 41 sat/vbyte right now. Your transaction may likely be confirmed soon without using the accelerator.

Edit:
I have just checked the transaction again, as mempool dropped to 40 sat/byte just now as F2Pool mined the block ane your transaction is included. It is now confirmed without any accelerator. The fee used is enough.

Because the mempool is very congested, people that want to use the free accelerator are too many every hour. But do not worry, once I have submitted it successfully, I will let you know here.

Also know that the transaction will be confirmed after ViaBTC mine their next block. It can take some minutes or up to 3 hours.

You can submit the txid on the accaelerator anytime after you make the transaction. But because of the recent mempool congestion, people are submitting the 100 transactions before some seconds now, you have to be very fast with it, immediately after 1 hour has passed.

If you want to use Trustwallet, make sure that the fee rate is high enough, like 20 sat/vbyte or more for native segwit. But it is better you use wallet that supports RBF in case the fee you pay is still lower you will be able to pump the fee.

Not that ViaBTC will change the fee for you, it is free if you use the free accelerator and not the paid one. If you use the paid one, which is not advisable and costly, the transaction fee is also not altered but the money paid would be taken by the mining pool which is ViaBTC.

If you have a friend that is a miner and pool operator, he can decide to include any transaction of his choice to a block, including yours. even if you do not pay any fee, or using SPV wallet to pay not more than 1 sat/vbyte fee.

There is nothing called gas fee in bitcoin transaction. It is called transaction fee, or just call it fee.

If you just want to set the fee to 20 sat/vbyte, you can use static. But with static, the fee rate option move from 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 sat/vbyte and so on and become not more accurate like others.

If you use Electrum, you do not have to wait until your transaction is dropped from mempool, you can increase the fee to 10 sat/byte (around 19 sat/vbyte for native segwit) if the transaction is not more than 500 bytes, then use ViaBTC free accelerator and it would work. You can use blockchain explorer to know the sat/vbyte used so that you can pump the the fee a little more if not up to 10 sat/vbyte.

The accelerator is a good one, since we don dey experience this high network fee na the accelerator i dey use. Because of this high network fee but since I come across the accelerator na wetin I Don dey use and their is no challenge using it . I'm so happy to be in Bitcointalk, if not for the forum I don't think I will get the knowledge of how I can transfer bitcoin in this high network issues that have been on over some days now. Paste your txid on https://www.blockchain.com/explorer to know the size and the fee used in byte. There are other explorers that can be used.

Use a bitcoin wallet that supports replace-by-fee so that if the fee rate used is still low (which you can see on blockchain explorer), you will be able to pump the fee.

Bitcoin open source wallets that support replace-by-fee (RBF)

I think it is worth knowing that block 816928 was mined by ViaBTC and the transaction was included into the block and got confirmed.

The accelerator is becoming congested. Only 100 transactions can be accelerated within an hour and it is taking less than 5 minutes for people to have submitted 100 txid already. By 8 pm, try to accelerate it again. If you did not, I will try and accelerate it here. If I have done that, I will let you know here.
