Posts proof on BitcoinTalk...

You never know when you're neighbour might be a professional Bitcoin basement dweller.
Hh crap I just realized this. If their neighbour is a bitcoiner (0.01% chance) AND goes in bitcointalk, he could find this out, see you burying something and then go over there at night and dig it up. You probably should have locked it in a safe or maybe not posted on the internet for the world to see you have money hidden in your backyard.
Or most likely it is just a lie.

i got a jar from asda with non metallic lid and i put all my laminated offline wallets from doge to btc in it and buried it 12 ft deep reinforcede concrete box in my garden with a digger and cemont mixer i hired

12ft underground? You can't reach 12ft underground with a digger. You would have to dig in levels, which means you would have dug up the whole garden of yours and where did you put the mud while you were digging?  Cheesy

Nice idea nevertheless.
Yaeh 12ft underground seems overkill, you would need to call professionals with huge machines which would alarm the neighborhood, not a good idea, it seems safer to hide them under the bed at that point.

You sure nobody spied on you while you are burying your stash? I mean your neighbor probably were observing what you were doing all the time and because of their inquisitive nature decided to dig it out to find out what it was. I mean something might be good in there since it was concealed in a box  Grin

What happens if you move to a different house?

Seems like a lot of hassle to secure your btc...

It is sad but it looks like we may have been trolled buy a newbie why he would bother is beyond me, some people must have strange lives to have that much time on their hands. Can only imagine its someone in school but who does not really attend much if the spelling is anything to go buy.

BUT... If you did do that and bury your keys 12ft that was some effort how many did you put down their if you don't mind me asking?

Definitely trolled, it's someone pretending to be a hardcore antibank storage, probably trying to make fun of us.

WHY would he move when he has done all of this? I don't see why OP is trolling. If I had a decent amount of BTC I would take all measures possible to keep my wealth safe. Imagine how epic it would be getting the BTC back to the surface 10 years from now. I hope OP comes back and makes a video of it, it would go viral on YT and get even more money lol.
You seriously buy this? It's obvious by the spelling alone he's screwing with you, it's not broken English but intentially derp English, he hasn't done any of this. Geeze too many of us are gullible here. Just look at his first post about World of Warcraft he can spell and speak correctly, he is screwing with you guys.

I have to agree with you just checked his post and it would seem he can spell but for this thread is choosing/pretending not to be able to, what a waste of everyone’s time. Just imagine what sort of person does this i am truly amazed if this is a lie because what is the point exactly. 500dollars worth of doge which could go to a dollar a coin. You have got it sorted sir wishing you the best of luck climbing out of your trolling career and it not worth the effort mate you are not making nothing from it are you. Bitcoin will not crash to 0 tomorrow nobody here will let it there will be a buying frenzy the only thing is a end of the world scenario and then it doesn't matter does it.

i hath blanked out certain bits for security reasons i and rill not post my public address becoz its the only address i have i doth not like to store bitcoins all over the place and i doth not want to link my address here with someone who works on an exchange so they can hire a hitman behind closed doors to to HIT me or blackmail or hostage me in addition

i hath created the key in linux offline environment i bought a cheap printer just to print the key and i burned it afterwords to destroy "smart" printer memory i think now...

now i rill truecrypt my HD that i use for linux dedicated to bitcoin addresses only and then then i just needth to wait it out for many years
Wow it seems you are treating this like you are hidding a fortune. Mind telling us how many BTC are you hiding on that bunker?

Just a few posts above he tells you he has buried 50bitcoin and i am not sure how many dogecoin but that is still quite a bit, there are definitely better ways to store your coins safely but if that is what makes him feel safe then it is a job well done imho.

Thanks for the updates op and the picture although i can't really make it out to be honest but niceone anyway, i have a question how long would it take you to get that back up if you needed to in an emergency?

Setting fire to the printer was a good idea, but what about the power outlet that it was plugged into?

Also I hope you secured the rest of the ream of paper that wasn't used. I would hate it for you if someone got a sheet from the same ream.

Did you put it in the concrete?  The image isn't loading for me. Would the concrete not weather away? It's a nice idea I guess. It would be pretty noticeable If someone were to try and dig up your keys.

i think it was easier if you placed a safe in your wall. a safe would have cost you less and was more secure with easier accessibility too.

additionally a safe deposit box in a bank could be an option too.

both way if someday something happened to you your family could access your belongings... and those BTCs wouldn't go to waste.
