I think we can collaborate LOL!!! You really have a good colored pencil drawing here...I am graphite and Charcoal artist here in our country and I was also inspired to let by how you are going to make a living using your drawings skills. I posted my portrait drawing commission service in our Local Board and I would like to share my service offered here. Cheesy

Your charcoal drawing is absolutely marvelous, my compliment! I started to draw portraits too meanwhile, though I am only working with pencil. Drawing so lifelike with charcoal as you do is truely remarkable.
May I ask what you charge for such a portrait with charcoal and how you sell them?
Thank you so much! Cheesy

I think you can also draw a life-like charcoal drawing like I do. Well, I have been making colored pencil drawing like you but it seems like it didn't fit my drawing style, I am poor at blending hues to achieve a correct tonal values that is why I practiced monochromatic drawings like graphite and charcoal. I started also with pencil then I switched to charcoal using dry brush technique to achieve realism. It is much easier to manipulate compare to coloured pencils.

Normally it depends on the size. And it is much cheaper compared to coloured pencil drawings. That is why I like coloured drawings.

For letter size I usually set a price of $30
11x14 inches $50

It ranges from 30 to 100 USD..
I usually sell it on my digital space, normally those who request commissioned portrait are just my neigborhood. LOL

Wow, that's beautiful artworks!
I have little suggestion for you - you should escrow almost always, not only dealing with new members and people with negative trust. It eliminates all risks to be scammed. Escrow isn't needed only when you're dealing with highly trusted members.
And I think it's understandable that digital version isn't significantly cheaper than physical, because it requires same efforts to make it. But personally, I always would prefer to have physical drawing instead of digital.
@Insanerman that's nice! It looks like old photo. I think you need to start your own topic about your service Wink.

Thank you for your positive feedback, I appreciate it.  Cheesy

I am still working on getting an english version of my website online, it is not as trivial as initially thought since the software in use doesn't natively support multi-language sites.

I am still in a very early stage, as of now I have just created three drawings on request, all others have been done for friends and family. I hope to have soon enough drawing to organize a little exposition from it as originals still always look better than any digital photo.

Personally I believe the price for a digital-only version are justified. After all the work and material needed is the same for a digital version, only shipping is not needed then and reduces the cost.

Normally I deliver without picture frame, since everybody has another idea about how it should look and it also depends on where you place the picture in your house. Though a simple, regular picture frame would cost ~$20 if you require the picture to be framed.

HEY YOU HAVE A REALLY NICE SET OF Pet Portraits here! I am also a local artist here in our country and I am specializing in Portrait Drawing! I am also using my skills to make a living here in country just to cover all my school expenses and my tuition fees Grin. It's exciting to see some fellow crypto artist here!!

The pricing for digital copies must be less expensive than the actual artwork. The pricing for the original artwork is somehow okay since it varies from different artists. I think I must also accept crypto payments for this skill!

May I ask what platform you are using when you are dealing or communicating with your client? And is frame included in your service?

Thank you all for your compliments, I am happy to hear you like my drawings  Cheesy
Your pet portraits are very exciting, never seen something like this before. Unfortunately my photoshop skills definitely wouldn't allow me to try this.

My own website isn't yet translated to english, but I am working on making an english version available and will post here once it is ready.

Very very nice work you've got there mate. Wish i had such talent. On paper probably stickmens are the best i can do  Cheesy

Anyway if your site is based on wordpress, you can get TranslatePress plugin installed and i'd be more than happy to translate them to english for you for free if you want. More people should definitely see your work.

Wishing you all the best buddy. Also as others suggested, you should start a timelapse channel of your drawings on youtube.

hey. Your arts are really awesome.. It's a bit off-topic but I think you should open your youtube channel and create realistic art videos. I am sure you'll be very successful and earn a good amount of money from there.
I've seen lots of arts and drawing channels getting millions of views.
He can really monetize his art skills in various ways.Im having the same suggestion as above on sending out those works on that 10th art contest
but it seems he already sent out an entry.

I cant really deny that those works above are pretty good and very realistic but it seems the prices isnt really that affordable for most people for sure.

Great work! I have never seen such amazing and beautiful pet portraits done by pencil before Smiley

Have you tried selling these online?
Do you happen to have an Etsy page by chance?

Have a wonderful day, and make sure to let me know!

I’m actually a pet portrait artist myself, but I’m nowhere near as good as you with a pencil. I only work in Photoshop unfortunately, but I wish I was as good as you.

Really impressive drawings. I was always surprised by such capable people, because I can not draw anything like that. It is a pity that my cat died a couple of years in the 17th year of life. Good luck in your business, you really do a great good deed.

Thank you a lot for your feedback and your suggestions.

Yes, price is for original drawing shipped to you.

I have added prices for a digital-only version in the OP, I like your idea.

I have also added black/white pencil drawings at a lower price.
