It's a malware most likely, be careful, don't fall for something like that. FBI doesn't send you an email just like that, especially one with something to download just to be able to view it.

We now know that it is justified to make these emails based on the response rate of confusion here. Imagine the average joe rate :S man im in the wrong business lol
