The best that gamblers can do to avoid losing their money never reach high amounts when you reach a max of € 1000, take them out and keep playing but it is crazy to leave so much money on webs like cloud, the only one that will pay you what you win is bet365
It is not advisable to keep large sums of money in centralized wallets; a competent gambler will never leave such sums of money on a gambling site, regardless of how reputable or legitimate it appears to be. When you win a fortune, you will almost certainly be screwed. This has happened all over the place, not just at cloudbet.

Above $10,000 should not be held in centralized wallets because these companies monitor them and if there is a data breach, your money is gone.

I played at Cloudbet.com and won $190,000 worth (713.000 DOGE).

Cloudbet first closed my account for authentication reasons. After waiting 9 days, he did not pay on the grounds that I did not comply with the bonus conditions.

I did not do anything that violated the bonus rules.

I made the cycle conditions as requested.

Cloudbet is a scam..

Can you help me?

So huge amount deposited on a casino, but I doubt you didn't do something since provably you violate some rules that's why they they trigger something like that but anyways if you think you didn't do anything just post this on scam accusation thread just like what other member said above so that your case will not buried by tons of gambling threads here also care to share some more evidence like what they say to you about this case since if they insist to give what you deposited then its a big red flag for other to deposit again on cloudbet.

Did they specify which rules you broke?

Please send a screenshot of the message they sent you if you want people to believe you.

I did not do anything that violated the bonus rules.

In the other post, you say it was your friend. So which story is true? And why would you share an email address with your friend?
My friend and I have a shared email account that we use for work. He had created a membership using this e-mail address.

My friend already sent credential and they confirmed his account. He kept playing and won $190,000.

They then asked why he signed up with this email. I explained the situation and explained that we use this email in common.

We are now waiting for a response from the cloudbet support team.

Just a quick look from your post history shows this is a complicated issue where u were sharing your email address with another person and you both made accounts on cloudbet

why 2 people will share an email address in 2021 is beyond me,

^ That could be the problem, sometimes we are thinking that we did not break any rules on TOS but the fact is we did not know we already did it.
If these two persons have shared their accounts with each other there is a possible scenario that another person uses 2 accounts on the same device and the same IP address where possible can be suspected as an alternative account. That could be probably the problem no and OP you have lack of evidence just compile it and post it on the accusation board as suggested above.

He should have given you the best answer, well @Cloudbet but since he looks deactivated and no longer appears on the forums this accusation is quite tricky to find a solution if in the end no one can help you or bridge you to their site other than you do some pressure to support.

about their site even though its almost active and also giving some giveaways at that time https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudbet-sportsbook-and-casino-bet-with-btc-and-bch-100-deposit-bonus-333552

Whether he will respond or not, maybe you can make an alternative complaint first through several options below:

If you are absolutely certain you have not violated any of their terms of service then collect all the evidence that you can from your account and take some screenshots of the chats and emails so you can post all of that information in the scam accusations board that we have in the forum.

I say this because there have been cases in which the casino begins to delete the evidence of their wrongdoing, and without evidence it is just your word against theirs and it is impossible to prove you are right on your complains.

If the OP can also move this to the right board - scam accusations - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0, and follow the format.
So people can help him address his situation according to the proofs that he will provide. Because if not, hard to chase a casino without solid proof and would be hard also for users that will help you.

Quoting for visibility.

Can you also post the chat or the response they gave you? It's important to know as many details as possible but you can hide personal information to protect your privacy if you want.

My initial reaction base on the current info you presented is they could have paid you the maximum allowable winnings for a bonus or promo and then forfeit the rest.
