Lets use this for a example. Say you respond to a Craigslist ad for a job. And you do the job without issue. Then the person pays you. Now you find out that, that person robbed someone last week and paid for you with that money. Would you give it back then?
It will depend on the amount. However, if I haven't used the amount or if I have enough amount to give victim, I will give.
This example is different than the current situation.
I don't think thats its entirely different. Your doing this as a way to make money. IE, a job.
