buy bitcoin - hold it - sell it, otherwise buy mining hardware and mine altcoin..,

Yeah anymore it is better to just buy the coin itself rather than hardware to mine it. Its much faster too

id say neither; first off you should do your own research into mining and profitability, and bitcoin in general. avoid cloud mining if you can, most of them are or turn out to be ponzi scams. not all of them though.

Buy bitcoin, hold on cold wallet, until for to the moon(long term) or wait until price rise(short term).
Be careful to invest in company or group, they maybe scam.

better to buy 4 bitcoin with those money and wait for the rise, that it will surely happen before you can even dream of a break even with any mining activity, both cloud or home
if bitcoin die you will lose money in both case(because miners will be worthless in this cas) if not, then will earn a lot in a much less time
