I'm not sure about this, I want to know also, but I think if you send money through paypal using send money to friends and family the sender cannot reverse the transaction. I hope someone can confirm if its true. If it is, I can probably help you out OP. I heard many bad experience and stories from other exchanges here that they got scammed because their clients did a charge back on the funds sent to PP.
No chargeback are also possible for friends and family payment. Normally older paypal account always win chargeback claims so its always better not to trust any newbies with any of the reversible payment methods. Your paypal account can also get limited...

Few months ago one guy have scammed me with even small amount of $20, with whom i have dealt over skype.
Everything is possible in paypal to just chargeback.. it is better to do not deal if he is newbie because it is really risky even they are just saying they are not intend to chargebasck you can be still in risky except if they can wait for the paypal expiration of transaction before you send a bitcoin.. but i think he needs it rush so it i means planning to scam someone..
Virwox is the best solution if he really needs it..

Yes people have reversed transactions even if they were "friends and family" as they just tell PayPal their account was hacked and they never sent any money.

Hence why I've just said PayPal exchanges are generally only between trusted members who have felt before and know each other.

Damn, so PP is really out of the questions with regard currency exchange. Was hoping for a positive answer from someone. But this would change my mind selling to OP. I wanted to sell some BTC for paypal, but it seems that even sending to friends and family is not also an option. Maybe I'll just sell to someone with high trust. Good luck to OP though.

I have like $7k in my paypal which I can prove.
What's $20 to mem

If you have $7k in your PayPal. Why don't you go to localbitcoins or coinbase and buy btc. Why are you coming into a forum with a new account and buying btc?
Yes. That is a valid question and if he can not answer it properly then you know what it is about. Undecided

I don't need to chargeback. There isn't a point.

Again that's exactly what a scammer (or anyone else would say). But there is no way to believe you so no one will take the chance. I'm not accusing you of being a scammer but you will find it hard to scam anyone here if you were as people are wise to this kind of behaviour now.

Yeah this is what I had to do so to get my money back. This is the only way because paypal will deny your request to file a dispute (in this case I sent and did not get anything sent in return) then the scammer gets away with your money right away due to paypal denying it even before reviewing it. Angry
Only trade with trusted members is your safest bet to deal with anyone from here.

I don't intend of charge back.

That's what every scammer says and it's a lie. Try some other forum to scam people with your new account. Only trusted members do deals with PayPal and they will check each other out to make sure the account is not bought.
