there is a shedule, date table. So even if you have required number of posts - you need to wait for the date determined, for adding an activity and upgrading your rank.

Doing 32 posts isn't enough for you to rank. Activity and posts are two different things. Activities are calculated differently. You can only get 14 activity points every 2 weeks as described on the link given by the other users. As for now, you only have 28 points which is not enough for you to go to the next rank. Jr. Member needs at least 30 activity and 0 merits. But as you rank higher, you will need merits too to level up. The following rank next to Jr. Member is "Member". Which requires 60 activity and 10 merits. You will get merit if someone upvoted your post. They will give you merits if and only if, your post is helpful for them.

You need 30 activity, not post to rank up.

Hello guys, I am wondering why my level still is Newbie I have done more than 30 posts, I also enjoyed in bitcointalk on 24th of may?
Anything to know , thanks
You won't rank up as long as your activity points did NOT reach 30 even if your post are more than 30. Every rank requires activity and merit when TMAN implement the MERIT SYSTEM on bitcointalk. Increase your activity point to 30 by posting helpful topic or replies in bitcointalk and you will rank up to junior member. Read this TOPIC and it will help you with your rank.

I think that our newbie should fully understand the rules of the forum first, and try to avoid publishing duplicate threads. I saw this problem in another post before. You only need to wait for a while and you will become a jr.membe

Do no base on your post, base it in your activity to rank up to Jr.Member you need 30 activity and you can get a maximum of 14 activities in every 2 weeks period.

yeap, only 14 posts will be counted as 14 activities for each two-week period.
That means you might need 6 weeks since the time you join the forum, to be ranked up to Junior member.
Of course, it's only right if you can manage your postcounts to satisfy the minimum postcounts for the rank, 30 post at least.
In addition, I give you the helpful topic, particularly for newbies:

Good day, probably just not the time to change your rank!. Rank is changing not only on learned 30 messages but still and requires presence on forum in during 3 2- ' s week periods and messages must be distributed evenly and not in one day.

According to your activity points next to your username you only have 28 points. So you will need two more, maybe you thought you had 30 but the other posts got deleted or they were considered spam if you were constantly posting just to gain activity points. You will need to post 2 more and then your rank will switch from newbie to jr. member.
He say "Post" not "Activity". If you look to his profile, he already have 33 Posts, probably OP just misunderstanding about Post and Activity or he think post is same with activity.

Cause nowadays it is a little bit harder to just rank up cause you need to earn merit only after that you are able to just rank up, so good luck to you.

Because you need 30 activities to be a Jr. Member. Activites mean not posts. You can get maximum 14 activities for 2 weeks. The next 14 activities will update when you reach the next 14 days.

All the information you need to know can be found here: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?)

and here: FAQ: Everything you need to know about forum 'activity, account ranks and merit

In a nutshell, you need to earn Merit along with Activity in order to rank up. Read the topics above for more information.

NO, you dont need any merit to get promoted from newbie to a jr member. merit needs when you switch from jr to member or above. plese check your profile.

You can get 14 active points every two weeks, so you should need at least one and a half months to upgrade.

Don't consider only Post but ranking is based on activity, which is also based on the number of post and how long you registered. And activity increases every 3 weeks by 14 depending on the number of post you have.

In this case... it has nothing to do with Merit... you need 0 merit to rank up to Jr. Member.

However, you need 30 activity to rank up to Jr. Member and the OP only has 28. In any case, the thread that BTCforjoe linked explains everything the OP needs to know about how activity is calculated.

It doesn't mean that whenever you posted more than the activity requirement, you'll rank up that way - no.

New requirement was added so activity updates and post number isn't enough for someone that wants to rank up as btcforjoe said.
