Well, I have 38 BTC in the brainwallet and my family does know the password. I made sure of that. Thanks though.

TF, I was going to suggest P2P lending to the OP. Not to me, but it seems like a way to not bury or lose one's lot. I'll open up questions about your lending:
What's the main purpose in taking out a BTC loan?
It seems to me that borrowing BTC is pretty much betting that BTC is going down for the near term or at least the term of the loan.
