You can go the "Services" section to find or hire some one corporate with you to programme your game.
It is a cool idea but you would need to be really big in order to have players always playing unless you make a mode where you can play against bots

Thats a pretty nice idea. However with the fees it will give the house a pretty big edge. Its also a bit like ponzi , but more of a gambling game.
Overall its just like betting at 80% on dice, but more fun.
