You might actually convince a few people that they can get a much higher price for their BTC, and that can make some difference.

In the free market, cartels don't work. It is really to profitable to set the ask just below the cartel price.

You cannot convice anyone to do that, its like the pump and dumps organized by fontass, he was telling one price while at the end everybody was selling earlier

No, you should convince 70% of the people on exchanges to hodl or destroy their coins. Or convince them to load some 10's of billions on exchanges. There is a scarce resource, there is money in the market, only way to price go up is making the resource even more scarce, or by increasing the demand(=more money in the market), there is no workaround.
