There is indeed a great potential for mas adoption of Cryptocurrency around the globe. Since, a lot of platforms are now engaging in using digital currencies that are more accessible and easy to use, a lot of people are now open in the possibilities in using it especially, in the times of crisis like now, the people and Government does not trust fiats because, the virus might transfer through it, making crypto currency or digital currencies a better choice for making their transactions.
It would really be a great news if bitcoin really goes up to $300k but that for sure is not going to happen now or in the near future. With what's happening around the wold right now, it is really impossible to happen. Yeah, people may move from traditional markets in to cryptos but it is enough for bitcoin to reach that high. Also, it would be highly appreciated if you share the details and basis about your analysis.

If we talk about the time that it would take then that would be way too long. i think the op is right and this is also related to corona issues. people were now scared and they think thier physical assets like gold will go down so they sell it now and theyve been transfering some of that money on cryptos .

Details on your analysis would be appreciated. Anyone can make a speculation that bitcoin will be at this price, or at his price. However, 300k is actually too high as of the moment, gradual and slow growth of the market is healthier than for it to suddenly spike. This might be achievable but it might take decade and mass adaptation should take place.
It could also be a dream, but hopefully that would came into reality.
That would mean massive run for bitcoin and the FOMO is all over the market, probably it would also benefit the altcoins market that they will rise from the dead.

Has there been research done before, because I think there are still many people who would choose to invest in real estate and other assets outside the crypto market so how can we assume if they have moved capital or switched to crypto, it seems like you know a lot about the transition that occurred but even so far I still don't see this big change and only hope that the value can be achieved in the future.
Instead making up these huge numbers we can take a look at the good parts of it that might or may not have good impact on the world financial system. Even the obvious and evident change of bitcoin and how it is perceived is good enough if you ask me.

If the big companies continue to pour money into bitcoin that would only help us because this time around if they fail to make money they will just have to live with it and nobody can save them, nobody can say "oh you lost bitcoins? here have some more" to them unlike dollars. So in the end huge corporations going into bitcoin world will result with us getting a better economy in bitcoin, maybe in short term or maybe in long term but it will help us all and not just select few wealthy.

Most of the countries that are open in crypto currencies are doing this but it doesn't mean also that all that people will trust and invest in crypto currencies as they know also the risk. We can say those 100 people that know crypto currencies will only invest like 50% of their extra money especially if they are still newbie and this will increase once they will become more familiar with crypto.
So your prediction is a little bit impossible to achieve 1-2 years from now base on what I see in the market as 300k per bitcoin is not that easy to achieve if the demand will not grow that much. It is too far for bitcoin to reach $300k in the short term, but it could happen in the long term. However, the bitcoin price still not moving to the higher price until this day, and I wonder when it is over so we can back to make a profit again. But if I check on the market, it seems the market is at a sideways move, so that makes the price increase or decrease deeper. But when the price can start to increase by fast, we may see $9k in the next week because now, we are at $8900 level price so that we can break $9k level price shortly if nothing terrible happens.

Indeed since how come those things come up while the fact is we cannot even see more realistic back up for that analysis or claims and it's so unrealistic figure which is hard to believe to come especially we are on bad form these past few days, but I would say $20k would be fair to tell since we already reach that and might we will surpass it especially if the market will strive and demand will rise.

It is not possible , not at this moment , one should understand that how 2020 is looking it would definitely take years to counter this loss , one should understand that Corona Virus is taking a toll out on everything and I do think that people are not able to understand how serious it is . The economy is crumbling down and bitcoins sooner or later will crumble too is the society falls into the depression . I don't think it would be coming so soon. Maybe it will but in the future and we do have time to that , a lot.
In our dreams $300k is possible in short term, however lets stick to reality and hope that it will achieve $20k again first before our wild predictions. I believe the crypto market is more mature at this moment and I nvestors are watching closely the movements and not buying the hype anymore.

I respect your prediction mate but I think that's too good to be true. If you'll take a look at the history of Bitcoin, you'll see how it moved and how it reached the highest value. I think you're expecting too much from Bitcoin or you're just overwhelmed by it but try to figure out the movement of the market so you'll notice that it wouldn't be easy for it to reach 300k.

I agree with you because once traditional investors using traditional investment once they realize all the good benefits that crypto has then they will move their money on the cryptos, which is smart money because of the technology, algorithm, mathematics and all the fair parts that crypto has from the beginning, from a totally new level of doing finance, smart finances versus dumb finance.
I'm waiting for a good news and this one gives me hope for my future. I think you're expecting too much from Bitcoin or you're just overwhelmed by it but try to figure out the movement of the market so you'll notice that it wouldn't be easy for it to reach 300k.

Today we are now struggling with the market price of the bitcoin because we are seeing it now that is falling, and this is not quite good to us as an investor when the market price of the coin is still profitable. However, still we are looking forward to making more earning with the use of cryptocurrency. There is a lot of rumor today that the stock market of the bitcoin and other coins like the altcoins makes a good profit for the next coming months to make more earning. However, still, we need to make focus on earning a lot of knowledge and analysis to make right and concrete informative information to spread into the community. In my opinion, the bitcoin may fall for over 300k dollars. Still, it takes a lot of time before it reaches again, for now, there is a chance that the market value of a coin will be going to stable for over 14k dollars. It's quite unbelievable to see that figures up since theirs no reliable source or significant factor that can make Bitcoin go wild but the best thing we could predict is little much lower or 5 digits prediction figure is quite realistic for us to see.
And I also believe that the stock market crash can do something with the bitcoins since it the stock is on danger for sure many people will prefer to hold on rather than getting panic and buy some bitcoins where quite more risky to stake.

I'm waiting for a good news and this one gives me hope for my future. Well, anyone can give their prediction and I can say that bitcoin can reach a million of dollar but it will take more time and maybe an impossible price to reach. Bitcoiners should not be complacent about the market situation, anything can happen and the price will continue to goes sideways, up and down. If the real good news comes in the market, then the new ath will be seen.
It's not about money being moved from other places to BTC because there's sufficient money available all over the world to play with all types of markets and BTC isn't even a mature enough market to be said that it is getting money snatched away from such areas. Bonds, derivatives, forex still possess a lot from the capital share and BTC is a very small piece, they remove their money due to other reasons to and it's not just limited to investing in crypto. Umm yeah maybe some day when these people start to appear and buy BTC for its market value, the price will definitely start to spark higher suddenly and that day, none like us will have our orders filled as big players will be putting their money in it and stop us with their shady bot tricks as well as steal our small orders while taking the value of BTC shoot straight upwards to a new ATH.

I got attracted to this thread with the headline of the topic, after reading the first two paragraphs, the third made me lose interest in reading in it all, because of the ridiculous price you mentioned. Well everyone in the crypto space is free to have their analysis but not all analysis are to be made use of or reference to. One thing I keep telling people is to have a realistic investment goal while investing in any blockchain project. Although a huge pump in bitcoin is inevitable but instead of having an unrealistic price mindset which have a little chance of it happening, set your mind to a realistic price and eventually it might hit the unrealistic target.

Well, we appreciate that you are very bullish and seeing $300k in the future, however, let's be realistic that it will be very hard for gold bugs to suddenly shift to crypto specially crypto. According to your imagination not analyze OP, it is really weird that too many members are posting these types of threads without any sense, most of topics are pretty similar, we barely see a special one unfortunately, I don't know why to be honest. Anyways, Bitcoin is unpredictable for sure, it is not easy to predict what is coming next this current dip but I guess it is difficult that Btc is pump with a big value in the near future, every investor is waiting for the halving.

Additionally, I believe a growth towards $300k would take decades, maybe even a century, but certainly not a year. It's a process of testing on how much the populace would be willing to HODL and let the price increase and increase until a certain point where they start selling their coins to profit. Though I doubt it would come to that point. BTC is supposed to be a decentralized form of fiat, so with it's possible adoption as a medium in the near future, I doubt the market would continuously accept an ever changing market. It'd probably stop at one point where the only increment/decrement it receives is +-$1k
We need proof. You can't just say that based on your realization, you should show us those things you analyzed and prove it to us. But to be honest, it has a possibility that it can reach that price even though it kind of sounds impossible but not right now. There are too many people who already tried predicting Bitcoin's price. But most of them have failed earlier due to careless ways. I doubt how do you predict Bitcoin to go 300k? Show us the your analysis chart where the bitcoin will reach to 300K. Nice to see that you are watching the markets and are so optimistic about bitcoins.
If you ask from me, bitcoin may not cross 14000 this year and it will be 2021 which will be the bull year for bitcoins. But in any scenario bitcoin can never be 300K.
Based on what your predict of bitcoin that it will reach $300K and after how many years? If you back after 30 years and if bitcoin touch $300K that time then you might say "see my predict was correct !". Although it's possible even this year since everything possible on crypto but your prediction is something unrealistic IMO. Try to explain more about your thoughts, current btc trends isn't indicating for your prediction on this year. We love bitcoin and we pray if bitcoin reach $10 million, but reality is different. There is no place for emotion on cryptocurrency.
Price could actually skyrocket if things are allowed to move naturally (and the coin has to useful & safe for people) ...it could dump as well but not as much as overall increase in price.
I actually prefer a gentle ride.. maybe $20,000 this year (depending on demands) and 25-30,000 next year. On a bad period in between both years, we move to $15-10,000.
And if supply/demand is too much, we get the excess coins locked or release automatically and decentrally.

A lot of price prediction happened in the past is not that of a new thing right now. $100K, $300K to $1M, it is predicted to reach these prices in the past too and until now it is not happening. We don't know what might happen all we have to do now is just wait but still, I think $300K is a stretch.

Well dude you've made a mistake I believe. Its gotta be 30k max, but not 300k. Even if all stock market straight up goes to btc it won't boost market cap that much to move price to 300k.
Anyway, I'm going to believe you about btc going to move higher soon, not about numbers you've named.

Suppose that money is moving from gold, the stock market or any of the traditional investments to Bitcoin. Do you know how much money is needed to take the price to 300,000? When will this happen? What are the analyzes on which it was based? Can you provide us with any numbers? Especially when you are talking about market analysis.
