I was too exhausted yesterday from almost 2 week lockdown with my 2.5 year girl When you have to be almost all the time at home, invent new games to interest her, while all the playgrounds are closed because of covid-19. It is almost impossible mission to exhaust her first, before she does same to me. I tried to follow the race till 20-20:30 (22:00 CET was 00:00 in my local time), but had to capitulate.

Anyway, congrats dothebeats.

I remember there was a price $6,200.96 and the time was something xx:59. I was a bit confused with local and CET time, and a little sparkle whispered me "come on, 1 min left, 96 cents left and you are the winner!"

I wish the price was higher, not necessarily for winning the contest, but here we are so all we can do is #BTFD.

I was watching the price action right from 21:00 CET and all I can say is that there was a tough fight between bakasabo who had the predicted price in the range of $6150-$6200 and dothebeats in the range of $6200-$6250. The price was swinging from 205 - 170 for over 45 minutes and finally at 21:45 CET it started moving to $6220 and fell down to $6198 and again picked up its pace. It would have been a great experience both dothebeats and bakasabo if they had their eye glued to the trading screen at the final moments. And then within 10 minutes, it touched the price $6255 (the range predicted by me) and finally soared higher to $6300 after few minutes. Most of my investments are completely into cold storage and I trade only a little with my BTC. Majorly, I do use btc only as a medium of exchange/another currency. But, watching a price action for over an hour does show how volatile bitcoin is and how each and every active trader can make great profits and losses. This is one among the reasons why WO thread is always trending on top in this forum always. 

If this trend situation of COVID-19 continues for few more months, we would be seeing major losses in stocks and banks and at the same time people shifting to bitcoin. The 2008-2009 financial crisis was the primary situations behind the creation of bitcoin with satoshi writing the code as early as May 2007 and perhaps this could be the period which Hal predicted that bitcoin would be considered as a medium of exchange globally!
