Address in question would appear to be: 1FDwLcvBNeFRXFhCGELzWJFfgfLEfkoaGC

You can see 3 transactions... Final Balance: 0.0296 BTC. So, the BTC is still there, the wallet is just not correctly displaying the right balance.

It's can be good if a BitPay agent check this forum Sad
Sadly, I don't think that is the case. Undecided

Hello thanks for the help !

I put here the screenshot of my wallet wher we can see clearly all transactions

Now the two transactions txid :
0.00266 btc
9514e705e2d70627eed05436867d70d877fe577196163b6d84d409fe73117092

0.0363btc

From the looks of it, these set of transactions weren't the issue.
Tx1 was spent from the change of Tx2 which completely spend your 0.0363btc deposit.

The issue is the other "recus" in history with a value of 0.0296BTC that was missing in the total balance.

You can check the transaction ID yourself by pasting it in the search box in the links on your quoted post above.
If the balance is still there "unspent" (green), the issue must be on the wallet's cache like BitMaxz said.
If it was "spent" (red), it must be something else.

Looks like this is the 0.0296BTC deposit's transaction ID: 0c3ead295d2a69fceeca756735b5ee0721482bdef8f5c438e78d5f7d56b94c60.
If it is, it's Bitpay wallet's issue because it is still unspent.
Don't worry, you can always recover the private key(s) including the funded address if things gone wrong.

BTC price road to $80k
This is a common issue on bitpay just like this one "BitPay STOLE my bitcoins, literally disappeared. I have proof

Try to do this first below:

Maybe you are having a cache issue and it showing a wrong balance.

Try to follow their simple solution from bitpay from here How do I Fix My Wallet if it is showing the Wrong Balance and/or Transaction History?

If nothing works then your bitcoin is gone.

Try going here if you want to upload a screenshot: https://imgur.com/upload?beta

It might be helpful for them and for us.

Are you sure you didn't withdraw the other 0.03 and there's no reason to think anyone else did - do you get email notifications on withdrawal also?
