Be careful not to point at someone's eyes. Those things can be dangerous. I've heard of people shining air plane pilots in the eyes with lasers.

If  a plane is flying above you, how the heck would you be able to point one of them in the pilot's eyes?

I was thinking one time of an invention that you can make a real power lightsaber with laser by stoping the laser using a with a crystal mirror and encase it in a glass tube, thought illiumiation might hurt hurt the eyes but I wanna do an experiment like this  one day.

That seems terribly unsafe. But it reminded me of a show Dr. Michio Kaku used to do for Sci-Fi; in this particular episode, how to build a real lightsaber: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSNubaa7n9o (this is the first part of the relevant episode).

Whoo! I got a 1W 445 NM BLUE Burning laser for 0.2 bitcoin!
Can you kill someone with it? Post some pics of severed limbs or something that this laser do.

Not with a 1w laser, but it is enough to cause indirect death.... so caution is advised when using it, you can momentarly blind someone for example with it and cause an accident

of course you could kill someone with this laser. you can even kill with a toothpick

Is not that powerful laser illegal to have? It is like illegal weapon possession to have something like that. Are not you afraid?

I never bought a laser that powerful before. It would be pretty fun to use one that powerful, though.

I would more likely say that would be pretty dangerous to use It though  Wink

I hope he uses it with safety goggles, and doesn't drop it.

That is cool. Where did you buy it from? Can you provide a link to the shop.
I was always fascinated by lasers, and light as a particle/wave (!) overall.

I can't tell if you are lying or got scammed. If it's a portable laser 5 watts is the max. Plus I doubt the quality of the laser. Where do you even get the power rating from?

It was not design to be portable. It weight around 35 kgs, I assemble it on my own.  Smiley

If It's true thats insane  Shocked What do you do with such powerful laser?
