First thing you need to do is, don't open anything related to gambling, not even to have a look. It's very hard, but do it if you want to quit.
It also helps to talk with other people that had a gambling addiction in the past, they can tell you exactly what to do, even though every person is different.
Keep yourself busy with stuff, do you have a hobby? Or go to the gym, just anything to clear your mind.

you have to start smoke weed I think weed is a great substitute to quit gambling. so smoke some weed and relax your mind .when you forget your gambling then when you will start your work again you are totally relaxed from weed
