Where the TXID dude for you to find out if it is really confirm and successfully transfer. There are so many options for you to contact
them anyway, like sending a ticket issue about your concern using the platform of Kucoin mate. Still the question is did you contact their
support in kucoin dude?

You can recover your lost dollars if you consult with the support team at this exchange. If you withdraw or deposit dollars according to the rules properly, you will definitely get those dollars back. And if you have transacted without complying with the terms, you should discuss this with the support team.

It is your mistake, that you do not check your address/Memo with carefully and for this reason you lost your UST.
Everytime need to check carefully all information before sending any fund from one wallet to others wallet.

My advise you to contact with the kucoin team they will help you in finding your coins. If an error from your side then coins will not come again. It means you send coins onto a wrong chain address. But if an error from kucoin exchange then your coins will recover. Don't worry about that and contact with the support team they will help you and solve your problem.

Well trading in kucoin exchange is a it complex unlike other exchanges, one have to be sure of the network he/she is sending or receiving token on because it was clearly stated that there are no multi chain transactions, so one has to be very careful of the network before sending. That might be the reason why the transaction fail.

Many things could have gone wrong with your transaction, you might have deposit your ust on another chain or on another address entirely different from the kucoin address. The first thing you need to is to determine where you sent your ust and you can begin to troubleshoot from that point!

Actually my total transferring amount was 1000 ust, but for checking i sent only 10 UST from Terra to Kucoin exchange, and see that i not received my amount for Memo Code otherwise i would lost my all assets.

Do you have a record from Terra station to their withdrawal history that it is already confirmed? if yes, why you didn't post it here in the topic you've made in this thread section? We can't help you to find where could be the origin problem if it is from the terra station or Kucoin without the TXID, or if it is confirmed from the terra station, the problem perhaps could be in the Kucoin just simple as that.

If your transaction didn't arrive better check the address first if you copy the correct one since there are malware spreading and instead you copy your address the different one will show up after you pasted it that's why you need to be careful on that and check your wallet always whenever you want to withdraw. But if you are sure that the wallet is correct then contact the support so that you can get a help from them.

Am a long time kucoin user and I can honestly testify that it's one of the best centralized exchanges around in this time, I've never had any issue with deposits or withdrawals, so if you deposited usdt to kucoin and it didn't arrive, then there must have been some thing you did wrong, check to make sure you didn't send it through the wrong chain, that is, chain not supported by kucoin, alot of people lose money everyday by sending coins through the wrong(supported) chains to centralized exchanges, which I believe is not the fault of the exchange.
Please check the chain you sent your usdt through, if you are sure it's the right chain, then do well to contact their customer care, also check to make sure your deposit amount is up to the minimum amount required for you deposit to be credited.

This means that Kucoin doesn't know who has deposited those tokens and that's why your deposit hasn't been credited.
The only thing you can do now is to contact their support. Maybe, they credit your deposit if you are able to prove that you have made the deposit.

yup, telegram is indeed the fastest place for complaints than to the support center which has to fill out emails and such. The OP's case does need action and investigation to find out what went wrong. If there is a delivery error it will be an individual error and funds are non-refundable.
But usually if sending a different network will not work.

Some delivery problems also occur because the memo is not written. This will delay the delivery of the asset and will not be confirmed.

There is also a possibility that OP did not Memo. Without the memo in the transaction, Kucoin can not know which account to credit the UST to. So even if the transaction has got over 15 confirmations, nothing will be credited to your account.

Your only option is to contact support if this is the mistake you made.

It would be easier if you provided more information about your transaction. You are offered various answers to your question and, apparently, you yourself will not be able to choose the one that suits you. If you still need an answer, provide the transaction TXID.

Seems you forgot to add memo because Kucoin have no issue with deposit. And its been a very fast and reliable exchange also.. You can contact support. And there should be a solution to your problem

If you had sent out on the correct address then it should reflect out because there are instances that errors do came from inputting
wrong address but if you are sure you had put up the correct one then you should reach them or send some support ticket.

i don't know if someone already said this but kindly check your transaction history and see if they confirmed you request.. If yes maybe you have errors especially when it comes your destination address. and for that concerned you should contact the support and provide screen shots for reference so that they can fix your problem if there's still a chance.. Because you know mate if they already confirmed it and you put a wrong address it's impossible to recover but just try it.

Yeah, I think he might didn't authorize the transaction so it simply still waiting for the cofirmation/authorization. Some exchanges have a warning if you use the wrong network address for the recipient too.
