You should pay the entire amount back plus any interest that was agreed right now!
If you only have half now then send that without delay then start discussing when you can return the rest.

There are no questions to ask, as long as you have a repayment address from Lionidas just fucking pay him what you owe, he was extremely nice to loan you any bitcoins to begin with.

I have not done anything of reporting. I have said you are asking for an extension past the AGREED UPON DUE DATE and without collateral at that.
