Can you provide a link to how to use it? I tried looking into it yesterday but it was a little confusing.

You dont. He was trolling. Testnet coins are for testing, and therefore worthless...

He said he just wanted to familiarize himself with sending/receiving coins. So just use testnet coins for that.

So I can gain reputation on the forum. In case in the future on want to do business on the forum I want positive reputation.

Yeah that's the amount I prefer to start with but in order to gain trust I'm will to start with a much smaller amount and I'm also offering to pay

You said 30.00, not 1.00
gain trust for what?
If you need bitcoins to see how it works you don't need trust.  If you want trust for future you don't need bitcoins to see how it works as you'd already know that if you are looking for trust for future deals.  I know it's confusing this new bitcoin world.  Hang in there.

I might be able to cover for this 0.2443 BTC loan.
If we agree on a repayment of 17.2 BTC on 2013, September, the 14th.

If we don't, why don't you just try one of the 0% loan offers? Smiley

This is a great deal. OP should take this. lmao!

What kind of collateral do you need?
I can do this if you provide a Collateral I can sell if you default the loan.

LTC, ASICMINER shares... Something I can sell and hold.

I don't plan on stealing anything! I even offer to buy 1 dollars worth of Bitcoins through Paypal I just want enough to spend!

Why do you need to familiarize yourself with sending and reciving coins?  Its pretty simple....

Enter address, enter amount to send.  Press send.

To receive, someone else enters your address, presses send.

Lesson done.  No need to steal 30.00.

Good day!
